My God, this is truly awful. This again shows how incompetent this Board of Directors truly are.

My view on things is that the company cannot be signed off on a going concern basis. The footie side has not yet been sold, and the company can simply not repay its loans. To me, this is the key issue.

It was always a punt (albeit a medium one) but the management have managed to take several good companies and leverage their debt, only to find they haven't got the cash flows to support the loan.

Danwaits, It has nothing to do with last years figures - that is the point, at least the company could be honest about the delay.

What the hell have the board changes got to do with last year's figures?.........could it be that the auditors found something that requires "clarification", or am I reading too much into this. I just can't see anything positive with this added delay in releasing the '09 results.

What I will never understand is, why when the company was at 80p+, (pre credit crunch) did they not raise to fund aquisition & development?

GG I hope it comes good for you. I have lost money twice on these and refuse to invest again until there is a radical change.

My worst ever investment - the market thinks it is going down the pan. Is this a case of over ambition and cheap debt causing a company to go bust or the market getting it wrong?
