Not bad - all cash and all helps. No reason why rest of business shouldn't be doing well is there with record takings from west end shows recently reported???

Yes, just the news we wanted £1.3 M paid off the debt. Next the football side will go, with luck on the 12th. We will then be on a roll.!

A few notes for you all, FAN did, and do the work on WICKED that pulled in £27M last year in the west end . Infact its in part due to them keeping the show on the road , ie promo material and front of house.

It should do. Not sure the transfer window is going great though but still a few days to go there.

However, it's all pretty academic until FAN can alleviate debt and actually sell one of the dept's off.

Interesting article in Eve Std last night about West End theatre revenues being 7%+ ahead and record year. Should this not benefit FAN?

I am sure we will, the share moves up sharply on small buying and down equally as fast. Not a trader so not worried

Tara - I will lift my holding, when I am ready - I suggest you concentrate on your own holding

Egoi - I agree with you regarding the sale of non core businesses and the debt pile. This is the only company I have ever seen that does a strategic review of the non core assets - gets a prelim offer with Management and then does sweet FA about it. The whole idea that they waited until the end of the transfer season is BS. It would have taken them beyond the transfer window - more likely they didn't want management to have the "quieter" period - it makes more sense for them to have the summer season - that way they get off to a good start.

About time Greengiant lifted his holding, on tiny sells.

Yes but hasn't that been the situation for, some might argue, way too long now?

And until then the debt mountain will just continue imho to eat away at this company's prospects.

Something about Nero seems to be gnawing away at me, dunno why! Frustrating because I like the potential, but not the business model!

On the plus side to be fair, they probably won't want to sell the football side until they see what the transfer window brings.

Well the current share price is discounting a poor set of results IMO. Therefore if FAN can get something out half decent with some update on mgt of debt and selling off one of the divisions then the share price will look very undervalued.

Here's hoping for a decent update in Jan.
