Billions of pounds is pouring into the west end in the next five years, lead by Land Sec, and a host of others. Cross- rail has plans to dump 30% more people in that area each day. For Fan it means Free growth.

Got it wrong? Because I like the company, I like the prospects of Dewynters and SpotCo. Not too impressed at the moment tho'

Tara - Spot may have had a STELLAR performance - but that means nothing. Reason being, Dewynters were able to meet their targets and STILL issue a warning. I could set you a target of 1% over what you did last year, would you be happy? No!

Egoi, I am less worried about the cash element so long as they sell the footie business. The major point during 2010 will be this

Senior A debt there is £750k due in Year 2 (2009/10)
Mezz Facility - £3,728,000 due in 2010 as a bullet.

So a total of £4.5m - of which they have generated £1.5m through the sale of acquisitions. The rest will be touch and go, seeing that in 2009 net cash inflow from operating activities was a paltry £1,535k.

Have a look at the BoD's

Chairman - ex Banker
MD - Football agent
NED - Ex 3i, no hands on experience in the sector - yes he has done deals in the sector, so have I, doesn't mean I know how to act as a NED
COO - Football Agent
Comp Sec - Why you need a Company Secretary and an FD is beyond me. A large % of the companies I have been involved in have outsourced the CS function. For example Pinsent Masons do it for £12k per year - flat fee everything included
FD - Hooray, the first proper Media person.

My views are simple - Chairman who is respected in the city as an expert within this field

MD / COO - Again, the function of this company is no longer Football Agency. It is a Media Business, primarily focussed on the Theatre market. Employ experts accordingly.

Tara is a bull here, you just read they hit targets, and you have been told spot co doing very well.

Gg fo you think it is almost too late for a City veteran to step in, or better late than never perhaps?

I suppose the other possibility is that the targets for Dewynters were set quite low, and have therefore been achieved.

I'm beginning to think this company is at serious risk of not making it though its repayments. Just my own concerns and opinion of course, but to add to that in the current climate debt is not viewed exactly favourably by the financial markets!

You might get your way if its all change when the footie is sold in the next month or so.

More good news re the earn out payment, must be doing well or would not have had to make the loan note payment. We have also been told Spot Co is doing well, a few days back.

Here is a few snippets from HB

"However, there is no guidance in the market and net debt of over £16m at the interims to February 2009, at which time the company also had a high net interest charge (£2.2m although underlying this was probably around the £1m mark excluding FX movements and amortisation) make us cautious. SELL"

SP should become a third MM in this one very soon I suspect which may help liquidity a bit.

egoi, that is one of the reasons I dont like Plus.

Here, I am happy to see the appointment of share price Let us now hope that management will listen to shareholders and issue forecasts as well as allowing any broker notes to be posted on their website. Hoodless have this one as a sell rec, which again for me is unsuprising. I always believe in giving management a chance, this management team have had countless, let us see if we give them one more chance whether they have the ability to take it.

Cheers Gg, yes volume is a major problem. there are others I think overall are fairly cheap (e.g. Judicium, Carbondesk ,Celtic Tankers for example) but all suffer the same liquidity issues (Carbondesk not so much).

The Only other totally dirty cheap I can think of, that I don't have anything in, might be Aqua Source Algae, but I can't make head nor tail of the company itself!

Glad to see the appointment of SP, tons better than their existing one.

Egoi, like the company and was interested (I remember why I looked at it, it was after you told me about Argyll, it was to see if there were any other ridiculously priced Plus companies and this was the only one I could find).

I did try to buy some but could get hardly any volume.
