Probably a few pennies meaning we've been crooked from the start.
The most important fact is to dennounce any crooked company to avoid innocents being mugged by storytellers.

Washingmachine: I am almost convinced that PWhite is part of the "team" where each one has a role to play. His role is to create jam-tomorrow for naive PI's. 90% of his contributions are all about sustaining hope.

All is summarised by Kemche on how crooks master the art of deception:
"Another ruse is to heap MOU's, LOI's, agreements, partnerships, collaborations, invitations, recognitions, spurious paid for awards, term sheets, non-binding heads of terms, selections for participations etc which, on closer examination, reveal themselves to be nothing more than a waste of ink or pixels."

Everyone has heard of PER, PSR, DPS, cashflow per share and a host of other metrics by which to evaluate an investment proposition. What many, if not most, investors do not know is a little known metric that used to be employed by the "old boys" in the square mile. As public school boys they knew the rudiments of how to befuddle the great unwashed. Those that went on to universities were also well versed in the works of the Sophists. One only has to listen to a politician to appreciate the art. This is simply by way of a preamble to the great reveal.

It is said that one should concentrate on the "narrative to numbers ratio" to spot a shyster. How many times have we come across reams of pages accompanying atrocious figures? How many times have we been confronted with voluminous prose followed by gargantuan losses? What the narrative always manages to do is to sow the seeds of hope with liberal doses of normative language. It is our "aim" to achieve the "desired" "hoped" for sales "with indications" of "foreseeable orders" etc.

Another ruse is to heap MOU's, LOI's, agreements, partnerships, collaborations, invitations, recognitions, spurious paid for awards, term sheets, non-binding heads of terms, selections for participations etc which, on closer examination, reveal themselves to be nothing more than a waste of ink or pixels. I am not implying that such sleights of hands are used to mask the distinct lack of sales - although some may infer that.

I am beginning to fend some very pointed questions from her indoors who has taken to making some barbed utterances about the safety of our invested pension pot. On asking the reason for being served dry toast this morning for my breakfast she retorted that it was smeared with "theoretical jam". I felt it best not to engage.

I know soooooomething!

Anyone with even a passing interest in the usage of our fine language would be well advised to carefully study the forthcoming RNS (to be issued presumably after the markets close on the 30th June at precisely no is looking o'clock). Some of the finest alumni of lesser known public schools at Yellow Jersey are no doubt gathered around a cyber table gilding a cowpat with an explanation as to why the deadline missed was no such thing, why the missing of it is a "good thing", why COVID is to blame, why everything is running according to plan, how the myriad agreement/mous/lois/collaborations/participations/term sheets etc are still in place.

Less likely to appear will be the sales to date, the requirement for additional funding, current state of finances, etc.

They will not tell you that the RNS itself will be entered for the The Booker Prize for Fiction (deadline July 2020).

I DO NOT expect the RNS to end with the exclamation "Bazinga!".

It has been brought to my attention that some mischief making scallywag is suggesting that my support for Neill and VRS is less than sincere. Let me assure you nothing could be further from the truth. Very much like the forthcoming RNS.

Kemche have you met Neill? I have. I can tell you he is genuine. I don't think he has misled people over the June 30th deadline. They clearly have a deal which will be signed before that date which will catapult Versarien into the stratosphere.

I just can't believe that Neill would have told me the things he did to my face if they were not true. On that basis I'm sure several Chinese companies are competing to buy shares at a huge premium. More importantly the caliber of strategic investor will be hugely significant.

Watch this space. Jam will return to your toast maybe even tomorrow.

"Kemche have you met Neill?" No I have not - should I have done?

"I have." How gratifying for you.

"I can tell you he is genuine." Since I do not know you from Adam I will have to take that on trust. Although come to think of it I am not all that sure about Adam either.

"I don't think he has misled people over the June 30th deadline." No one is suggesting otherwise - that would imply volition.

"They clearly have a deal which will be signed before that date" - I share your confidence. Others may not but I do.

"which will catapult Versarien into the stratosphere." Come come now! I am as fond of superlatives as the next man but steady on!

"I just can't believe that Neill would have told me the things he did to my face if they were not true." It may come as a shock to you but I am led to believe that, alarming as it sounds, it is quite common. Do you not follow companies?

"On that basis I'm sure several Chinese companies are competing to buy shares at a huge premium." - If it is merely on that basis then I dare say it is true.

"More importantly the caliber of strategic investor will be hugely significant." Even more important than Lanstead? Oh my!

"Watch this space." Unfortunately that I all I am doing - especially the space that was once filled with my investment.

"Jam will return to your toast maybe even tomorrow." Oh but how I missed that jam! Tomorrow you say? I was expecting the 30th June!

Of course the "company" is thriving by basically doing nothing. Just waiting when to call in the receivers. The handful of stuck lunatics - who have nowhere to go - will receive a short text telling them they won't get any salary.

"Watch this space. Jam will return to your toast maybe even tomorrow." - A very nice sentence that the crooks love to use especially when combined with "you ain't seen nothing yet".

Scrutable: The cohort of VRS investors undoubtedly contain some of the brightest minds in UK finance and/or science and have forensic abilities good enough to research logically and effectively between the lines.

Wow, If I had been a shareholder and read that rubbish I'd have been out like a shot.

Delusional doesn't begin to describe it.
