So the directors could now receive over 33 million shares for this year ISA contribution. It says everything that they have never shown any faith in their own story regardless of the price. The sooner this disaster is wound up the better.

2m purchase at 0.42p just after the bell. Somebody is collecting stock. Accuse me of ramping if you like but do not entirely rule out a takeover of VRS by one of the larger graphene players or the accumulation of a sizeable stake.

The last placing on 03/05/2023 was at 1.25p people said it was game over then. Within weeks the share price had shot up to 6p. The market is awaiting and anticipating news on the turnaround strategy. The £650k raised WILL be used for working capital and to facilitate commercial traction. The executive lifestyle years are over. The placing doesn't change anything but fortify the company financially.

It might be wise to take advantage of any lower prices.

The share price has fallen from 180p to 1.70p for the very reasons given by bbms & Co. However if you are in at 1.70p the odds are you will be heavily rewarded.

Not true. You can buy at the bottom just before the company issues a positive RNS. The shares rises 100%, you sell and you're a winner. On 06/06/2024 CLON announced the Bolivian government had rejected its working proposal on credit rating reason, the shares slumped to 0.013p. On 14/06/2024 CLON announced the Bolivian government had reversed its decision on pressure from the EU the shares are now trading at 0.039p (300% increase) and were at 0.048p before pulling back.

We all know what this game is about so nobody should pretend to be surprised when shares slump 99%. We are all here for the winners like CLON.

I am still of the opinion VRS will be one of them but I will accept I called this wrong if they place a) before 01/08/2024 and b) below 0.125p.

Not at all.The shareholders who are 'in on the placings' are the only winners. They forward sell them at a massive premium, and it's a completely corrupt process. However, it appears to be borderline legal, so it continues.

At the end of the day, what exactly are they doing on a daily basis apart form raising money and surviving week after week ? Can they really do anything else ? To me this means there is nothing at all.

If you are a shareholder that has participated in the latest lowball placing then you are a winner not a loser as you flip your shares immediately for a profit.

When VRS or any company uses a phrase like - "we thank our shareholders for their continued support", the shareholders in VRS case could be those holding from 180p or those who bought yesterday at 0.065p.

If you bought at 180p you've called it wrong. If you've bought at 0.065p yesterday for the first time the game is still on. I hope that makes sense.

Shares are defeated by an opponent, sometimes the company itself is the opponent but most of the time it's the market that's the opponent. In this case it's both.

I reiterate if they place before 01/08/2024 then I will admit to having called this wrong from the very outset. If they place and claim the money is to clear secured debt that in itself is insufficient. What I need to see is the outstanding charge satisfied on Companies House website similar to the below.
