However, whilst the Company continues to develop and seek to commercialise its graphene technology it remains reliant upon the capital markets and/or asset sales to continue as a going concern up until such time as it generates sufficient revenues to cover its costs.

The Directors have prepared detailed projections of expected future cash flows for a period of twelve months from the date of issue of these interim results and have made the following assumptions in support of adopting the going concern basis in preparation of these interim results:

· Versarien will be able to raise cash on the capital markets. There is no certainty as to timing or quantum, but the Company has a history of raising capital on a regular basis. The Company meets the criteria for EIS/VCT investment which potentially widens the capital pool it may access.
·The Company will be able to sell its mature businesses having already sold its Korean plant with receipts due on a staged basis.

Of course.

Here comes the next chapter: Charity time ! Be so kind and never hesitate to dig deep into your shallow pockets please. Next raise in preparation.
"Entered into a mutual letter of commitment to support Building for Humanity to provide 3D concrete printed materials for social housing in Accrington".

"A mutual letter of commitment" - Another one and it's "mutual". Who asked for it by the way ? It must be Accrington Council. I don't think this charity new trick will work this time.

Hello PW,
ref: '3D printers can be bought for as little as £2.7k.'

Not seen a 'concrete' printer that cheep.. Were ?

Hobbyist plastic printers as cheep as 200 pound though.

With a little modification 50 pounds they will print Versariens's

'Polygrene'.

Design tools FREE.

Skills - a LOT of patience...

Ukraine will need a lot of concrete construction.

With Russia paying - lol

Surprised the BoDs aren't buying boatloads of these what with the turnaround making such huge strides.

DaveMac3 - "If the 3d printing stuff doesn’t use graphene, anybody could buy a 3d printing robot and set up in competition"

3D printers can be bought for as little as £2.7k. However the computerised design for the materials required for its application in construction projects would require the expertise of a university.

Have the results been tailored to look like a turnaround is in progress but really just engineered to get a placing away? Gives the eternal optimists something to buy into before they're diluted?

‘Does the 3D printing use graphene?’ Answer: ‘Graphene can also reduce concrete curing time, enabling the next layer to be printed.’

Still a basket case, irrespective of todays RNS. Yes they have cash no where near enough for a recovery. Sales are still on their knees and really Graphene is not needed in the vast quantities that are being produced globally

Only counted the use of the word opportunities 4 times in the statement.

That is an all time low , opportunities drying up ?

No mention of break even or gawd forbid … profit !!!

Nobody should get carried away with today's 24% rise. The MM, shorters, spreadbet firms, and AT traders will attack it. Under normal circumstances anybody who bought today and is still holding on 06/06/2025 will be 95% down.

However the graphene market is moving at such a pace the AIM spivs will not be able to hold graphene stocks back and certainly not a stock at the cutting edge like VRS headed by (according to Terrance Barkin of The Graphene Council) one of the top five graphene experts in the world, Dr Stephen Hodge.

OK - It's looking better to me.

I wonder what is happening in Spain (Gnanomat)?

Super capacitors, batteries etc.

Very bullish RNS and market cap is 1M.

Remember when this used to be closer to 100p?

With licensing on the horizon for their Graphene tech and reduced debt, this could explode imminently. Could easily do 3X on that RNS alone.

Massive buys landing so will take a slice under 0.10

Parking any projects and licensing interest to one side these are the two key points from the interims.

1. "We have further strengthened relationships in Korea through supporting the development of international standards for graphene and 2D materials, funded by the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology (KEIT) until December 2028. KEIT is an organisation dedicated to establishing a programme of international joint research and development between research institutes of the Republic of Korea and overseas organisations."

2. "We have delivered the "Physical and Mechanical Properties of 3D Printed Concrete" report to the Office for Product Safety and Standards, part of the Department for Business and Trade"

This is the high regard in which VRS through Dr Stephen Hodge is held by government bodies. They are using VRS to set regulatory standards.

The Accrington 3D project was in the planning stage two years ago. The building work will now commence in H2 2024.

"A scheme to build 46 eco-homes for homeless veterans and low-income families will be the UK's first 3D printed development, a firm has said.

Building for Humanity said its £6m Charter Street project in Accrington would be the first to be built using 3D concrete printing technology."

In my view this will be the first of many projects for VRS using its 3D printing technology.

Results of 3 lines with this point as a precursor for some charity fund raise.
So prepare yourselves to participate in saving the world.
"Entered into a mutual letter of commitment to support Building for Humanity to provide 3D concrete printed materials for social housing in Accrington"

And there are those who still think there is a "business" at all !
