12/6/2024 12:32 | Festario - I can't post so frequently at the moment but I stick by what I said. If they place at less than 0.125p other than to clear secured debt then I will admit to calling this wrong. The markets are cruel to loss making companies but quickly reward overnight if the company shows a path to profitability. On 07/06/24 CLON was trading at 0.015p after Monday's RNS it is now trading at 0.045p On 23/05/24 GPL was trading at 0.12p after a few game changing RNS's today less than a month later they are trading at 0.55p having touched 1p a few days back. Both companies had very low market caps. VRS now has a market cap of only £1.03 million. It can easily treble in days with the right announcement. Falling share prices also have a snowball effect. PIs sell up for fear of holding when the company goes bust which leads to even further sharp falls. | pwhite73
12/6/2024 11:34 | as the days pass by im starting to think like you the cronk - as the chance has possibly gone now although i still hope that the government may help if the management resigns by installing leadership resource. when the lights go out the ceo will return to science and the cfo will retire. there was never any personal management risk to the way it has gone only personal gain. we all knew it but could not do anything about it as the voting is all set up on the agm as well. never forget they also said the management considered a pay cut which never happened either. everything has taken too long and other technologies are breaking through on the graphene application space. sad times on what could have been. | 1manchild
12/6/2024 11:07 | PWhite, it's now 0.07p to sell this worthless confetti. If you think, even for one second, that a future fundraise will be done at almost DOUBLE the current share price, then you are even more delusional than even I thought possible. | festario

12/6/2024 09:58 | From the link, above: Currently, the company [Gnanomat]is rapidly developing capabilities, new products, and collaborations to enter this market in the coming months. There is a clear business opportunity for conductive inks suppliers, and Gnanomat aims to become a significant player in this space. | verger

11/6/2024 08:10 | An unemployed one! At the time of NR's 'departure' there was an opportunity IMO, now sadly missed, as it's been run into the ground since. So now you're correct, anyone with any experience wouldn't look at it because nobody wants a disaster on their CV. So they're stuck with a scientist! | the cronk

10/6/2024 13:24 | PW "What Dr Stephen Hodge is doing is talking to the people that matter. Talking to people in the construction, industrial materials and textile industry. He talks to them at both the commercial and scientific level. This is something NR could not do. Remember Hodge is a university lecturer." Correct, Hodge is a scientist, which is a useful skillset, but the skillset of a CEO is entirely different, and that's why he needs a "turnaround specialist" because he lacks the skills to do it himself. They need to appoint an experienced CEO, from outside the company, who will commence his own turnaround strategy, and let Hodge get on with the science, where his real abilities lie. | the cronk

09/6/2024 10:03 | "last year more than 1,000 tons of tons of graphene enhanced concrete was poured using Versarien materials." From which VRS made an entire £36.45. | kemche
09/6/2024 08:17 | Snafflecamp- I'm afraid you are wrong. All they are saying is that the traditional materials used in construction can be replaced with materials that have the strength of concrete when using 3D Printing. Cementene is a family of admixtures designed to enhance construction materials and reduce CO2. Watch from 01:07 - 01:15 - "last year more than 1,000 tons of tons of graphene enhanced concrete was poured using Versarien materials." | pwhite73
08/6/2024 20:19 | From the website “3DCP Strength Traditional Masonry (7.5 MPa) can be replaced with concrete strengths of up to 45 MPa.” Explains why all these concrete 3d printing companies are not mentioning or using Graphene. Seems Cementene etc could be a “Busted Flush”. Especially as VRS can’t afford to manufacture Graphene, so are selling the IP? - do I have that that correct ….? PW you are the RNS specialist. PLS correct me if I am wrong.? | snaffleclamp
07/6/2024 22:44 | 1manchild - What you've overlooked in your synopsis is that the year is not 2020 it is 2024 and there are far greater opportunities for graphene companies now than there was four years ago. This is essentially what I base my case for VRS around. The current CEO has never been a CEO before so it's not like I'm comparing him to Warren Buffet. All I'm saying is that given the opportunities for graphene companies today he is doing a good job. Now in the letter of commitment they mention two names Building for Humanity and Accrington. It's not like they've mentioned China Railway when anybody who is in a position to take them to task about the false information is 5,000 miles away. They would not put in a public statement they had signed a mutual letter of commitment with Building for Humanity if it were not true. | pwhite73
07/6/2024 21:52 | 'We' - are you a shareholder? | supernumerary
07/6/2024 20:37 | crikey - where do we start on this? lets clear up the letter of commitment. a letter of commitment or even an loi can either be legally binding or not legally binding as it depends on the wording in the agreement. i have been involved in loads. the interims are appalling. the korean fire sale has nothing to do with prompt and i have my own views on that one after speaking to other investors - but lets just say 'money shuffle'. nothing on the horizon apart from a few chats and an loi which we havent a scooby about. shocking right? and now we have the claim that the new ceo is doing a sterling job - and lets just digest this a minute - as he is talking yes talking to companies about potential. NR used to talk lots and take the current ceo with him for the scientific bit as they were two peas on a pod as well know. i dont know how many more times i need to say this but unlike pwhite my message has never once altered and there are no conditions - get rid of this management and prompt. it is not working - it never has worked - it will not work. we need change - a new management - one we trust with a new strategy and a book of networks. how much longer please? if you gave this management gold they would turn it into tin. good bye and good riddance | 1manchild

07/6/2024 15:55 | What Dr Stephen Hodge is doing is talking to the people that matter. Talking to people in the construction, industrial materials and textile industry. He talks to them at both the commercial and scientific level. This is something NR could not do. Remember Hodge is a university lecturer. To get people to adapt to a new technology you either have to persuade them of its commercial and environment benefits which is the role of business leaders or to threaten them with fines and imprisonment which is the role of governments. | pwhite73
