Can we not send POTUS and FLOTUS one of our masks? That would be a huge PR coup for us!

Thinking back to the recent podcast, I was interested to note how much NR referred to the USA as a place where they see business opportunities. Some time ago we had the impression that not much was happening there. We/I have got that wrong.

"We/I have got that wrong."

No, I don't think you have.

"We will all owe Neill a debt of at least gratitude for what he and the team are creating."

Agreed. He deserves the least gratitude for consigning so many to a life of utter penury. No doubt some are in debt because of him.

Graphene is currently at a tipping point. As some of these issues have been addressed alongside wider organic adoption thanks to improved market confidence in graphene, we will hopefully see graphene take over the world. However, graphene will likely become an invisible additive and graphene will play a role in many aspects of our lives. Some companies may use it as a marketing ploy, but for the most part, its use is likely to go unnoticed by the general public, yet they will see the inherent added benefits that graphene provides.https://www.azonano.com/article.aspx?ArticleID=5613

Agree, good feedback from CS and Tini. Thanks for your comments as well, I may have different opinions on some things but appreciate the honesty in saying you got it wrong on enso. It's a shame that those who spent most of last year telling everyone enso will launch with tyres with vrs graphene by q1 this year we're in fact the ones telling porkies.

TP,

Wouldn't sales large enough to pay VRS's nut have merited an RNS?

Occam's razor mate. They were lying on 12.05.2022 or they're lying now. I'm betting now. The 12.05.2022 RNS, while not what shareholders wanted to hear, has the ring of truth about it for that very reason. Last week's AGM guff is just more blustery hot air & waffle. They didn't need funds last Friday but will Friday fortnight, or some other wriggling to get out of jail.

No matter how it's going to be dressed up, disguised, camouflaged or prettified funding needs to be addressed soon.

Can any attendees confirm whether Graham was in attendance? And if so, whether as a member of the audience or the company?

Or is he still elsewhere meting out his special brand of justice to posters who refuse to conform and toe the party line?

Maybe there is no need to raise cash because cash is coming in from all the textiles, elastomers and cementene sales! Boom TKO sorry buddy;)

Maybe a tweeter could ping NR asking for clarification on this funding needed/no funding needed point.

matheus,

In the Interims released 12.05.2022 under Chief Financial Officer's review VRS stated (underlining mine):

The Directors have prepared detailed projections of expected future cash flows for a period of twelve months from the date of issue of this interim statement. These indicate that the Group will need to raise additional funding in the following financial year. T he Board remains confident that the Group will be able to secure the required funding through strategic investment, equity issue or other financial instruments.

How does that jibe with the latest verbal statement at the AGM 4½ months later, which according to you is explicitly clear: there is no need to raise cash?

Did any of the seasoned & experienced researchers present at the AGM point out the apparent confusion that arises from the 'no need to raise cash' this latest statement provokes in the need to raise funds debate?

Very different.

I feel "a strategic opportunity" may be in the offing in the near future which will be coincidental to "at this time".

On the contrary, they were absolutely explicit. No need to raise cash. They MIGHT if a strategic opportunity arises, but you are suggesting they are running out of cash, and having heard from the horses mouth on Friday, this is not the case. Your wishy washy fear uncertainty and doubt is beginning to lose credibility I'm afraid

Were the words used "we do not need to raise cash at the moment and we WILL NOT be raising any cash in the next 6-12 months"? That's what I'd like to have been reported back. Otherwise its all just more wishy washy non explicit bluster.

The problem with vrs was it went public too soon. Not just before the markets were identified, but also before the products and collaborations were ready.
