Good evening to you too. I still believe in graphene and we are ready to meet the market with volume, as and when that materialises. Everyone gets ahead of themselves and wants everything now. It's never quick enough. Nothing concentrates the mind more than the will to succeed. This action gives every chance to those who will drive it forward.

Oh my word it seems all three PlusOne posts atop the page (two of those mine) are mocking Pete.

I'm not sure who the other chap (Bewildered Peter Knowles) is, but I suspect he's just as proud and grateful as I am.

Thank you.

People buy shares in companies that are a certainty to go bust, even when it's written in an RNS. The chance of a quick buck is too tempting for some people, aided and abetted by dodgy tipsters, market makers muddying the waters with buys and sells, and bulletin boards full of idiots that listen to other idiots.

Still can't lgrasp anyone buying the shares now when there is at best a very likely fund raise coming this way at a discount and the share price will go to that price . Might only be gambling money many are playing with but your odds are far worse than 50( here .

The choices are raise funds at a discount most likely or game over . Neither make buying now a good entry point

How come you turn up after the event, every single time? Don't you get bored talking about teeny tiny things and saying huh?

Thanks for the feedback from the AGM. Now we are at the lows and most here have decided that there is little left, can we have our board back? I've never known so many uninterested parties spend so much of their time on this BB. Think one could wonder who the real losers are. We can now discuss how the business can move forward, the opportunities and markets that will build. Graphene is being plugged and marketed by numerous parties. It's coming.https://www.linkedin.com/posts/gerdau-graphene_nanotecnologia-concreto-tintasindustriais-activity-7046839131741511680-3tK_?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_android

I once watched a trawler sink in the North Sea. I also invested invested in VRS a while back. Similar experiences.

chapeau to Savory! I assumed she was bought and paid for as part of the Gloucester mafia, but it seems not. Late, but nonetheless very welcome. Particularly good sign to see them forgoing salary. Next step bye-bye Chris Leigh?

The major question now is what if anything they can get from disposals? There ought to be something from AAC Cyroma - most of its business is nothing to do with vrs core, maybe half a million? And something from Total Carbide - another half-million? although they need to be careful there as they may need to retain some nano material processing capability. Korea has to go, as DS has indicated, and almost certainly Spain too. They won't get anything for Gnanomat, but is there anything saleable in Korea? How many offices/factories do they have? Any that could go? Presumably all leased?

If they could get a million from disposals and another million or two in the market, along with a much-reduced cost base, there may be the basis of a small-scale but viable business. Painful for current shareholders, but there've been enough warning signals for them to have escaped if they'd wanted to, so not much sympathy there.

Ditto Alchemy; a Very important question that needs answering (by the BOD)

I'm sure the company were happy to tell the shareholders ALL about their original collaboration with NERD!

If there's a boiler room operation running you can bet that jock holiday is involved somehow. But if he is involved it really is only a teeny tiny operation because the guy is a dooozy

Ricketts has been exposed as the charlatan he is. Knowingly, he led shareholders a merry dance with the knowledge he was nowhere near pulling off a deal. Shyster.
