Reading the toadying and sycophantic messages to the utterly discredited Ricketts on Twitter by the likes of Mav and Squire, its nauseating.

See previous fund raise discounts and for ever decreasing amounts of money ,that shows how desperate the situation is and how u likely they are going to find raising any meaningful funds .

Cost cutting hasn't been that severe yet and they are still losing millions so around 300 to 400k a month which means anything less than a few million won't last long plus they ha e to pay NRs wages for a year and then pay back the 5m grant next year .

Raising 1m will just keep the lights on another few months but not allow them to make the changes necessary or grow the buisness .

I suggest some re read the results and the going concern section which states just how bad things are here and how desperate they are to raise money .

Nobody needs to scare new holders to get in lower it's plain for anyone with a brain to see that there will be a chance to get in a lot cheaper if they manage to raise funds .

The question is can they raise funds because I'd they can't it's game over so the clever ones are sitting and waiting rather than risk losing money . They will either get in cheaper after a fund raise or avoid getting stung with administration. Simple really

Methinks some are trying to scare new holders so they can get in lower

See previous price action just before a placing.

Can't believe they'll get (yet another) placing away at 1.5p. IMO would need to be lower - although it's worth asking who would give VRS money on *any* terms. Pretty obvious where it's heading - and probably won't take too long, either... Those who bought into the fundraise at 145p must be sick as parrots...

Thanks, Smokey. Do you know of one that does graphene in textiles?

I remember a few years ago there was a poster on here who just before the results was looking towards a healthy profit in the financials and possible dividend! Simply incredible stupidity.

And before they do that I would like to hope they have a plan to get the share price a little higher first.

Just "graphene producers" verger or "graphene based product manufacturers" too?

Only listed companies or private too?

Skeleton Technologies would be a private product manufacturer.

Thomas Swan / Black Swan

Just because you can't easily invest in them doesn't mean they won't still take some market share away from listed companies.

Those who decry VRS’s track record must know of other graphene producers whose business model they prefer. I would be interested to know which graphene (not graphite) producers they consider to be gold standard businesses. This is a genuine question.
