Well done Black Swan, just shows what can be done when you focus unlike vrs that spends its time arguing about money and status. Bread taken from its mouth...

Oh dear, seems this NR pile of lifestyle pish is dropping like a lift with no cables. Quick get jock holiday and his teeny tiny boiler room crew to turn up the volume of the ramping and bring in more gerbils.

Mason Graphite shares rocket after it reports strategic partnership between Black Swan Graphene and Nationwide Engineering

Mason currently owns approximately 41% of the total shares issued and outstanding of Black Swan, a company focused on the large-scale production and commercialization of patented high-performance and low-cost graphene products.

Interesting, Thomas Swan, whom I thought were exiting the graphene market after the deal with Black Swan and the subsequent tie up with Mason Graphite, could produce 40 tonnes of bulk graphene per annum. Black Swan talking hundreds of thousands of tonnes at $8 to $10 a tonne. They only have a pilot plant in Canada, the production facilities are being scoped. So supply to Gerdau and NERD of bulk graphene, when, where and how. Looks like there will be plenty of room in the market for high quality graphene manufactured in scale. If I were asked the question can they provide, I'd be very sceptical about the 40 tonnes per annum to date making a few fire bricks. Wish them well if they can indeed produce in bulk.

Well, it cant be with supply - what with the 3T machine and full hoppers etc.

Supply Agreement

Under the Supply Agreement, Black Swan will have the right, and not the obligation, to supply NERD with bulk graphene and NERD will, subject to certain terms of the agreement including pricing mechanism and technical requirements as needed by NERD, purchase bulk graphene from Black Swan in accordance with its needs (the "Right to Supply") and the framework of the Supply Agreement, which includes purchase orders, delivery, shipment, and risk management protocols, as well as potential product development and R&D collaboration.

And these opportunities I'm afraid smokey,

What went wrong?? FFS

We see Concretene as the first product of many that this partnership will develop, with progress in paints, polymers and asphalt already in advanced stages as well

You are correct Fireball - silly me - stuck in my old fashioned way of doing things!
Next I'll be thinking that sales and profits don't matter and all a company needs to be successful is lots of non-binding agreements, collaborations and MoUs!

If you could use the correct terminology people might take a cursory look. It's a "settlement agreement" in today's language. Please fact check.

Roflmao ." Constant drone of negativity"
Obviously from a lillock who hasn't seen the shareprice graph ,that's a constant drone of negativity .

Well another day and more losses and edging towards the 2s again . Still nothing from the company regarding finances or deals or anything really .

The rats deserting the sinking ship isn't a good sign . It will need a big chunk of money to recover from here which will wipe out shareholders once and for all and that's if they can find someone daft enough to go for it.
