I could easily close it at 4p now but I feel there is more to come yet. £320k and could close for circa £52k now.

Where has the volume gone so far today? All the placees got rid of their shares?

10000000*.010 = £100k profit minus tax for a £300k injection into the placing (if they all sold at 0.4p). Nice work if you can get it. Not so nice if you forward sold and then weren't in the placing.

Not your problem but surely whoever took the short position of that size should appear on Shorttracker? Isn't that over 0.5% of the company?

If your position size is 1.3m through a SB or something like that then typically the actual underlying size of position will be higher too? I guess if it is through a SB company then it will be hedged so the net position size might be well below that. Does make you wonder.

I don't think anyone is impartial. Plenty pf people on here stating they will close their short at 1p and doing the co. down and it's not for the sake of the rest of us. You can agree with whoever you like but it doesn't make them impartial, or correct.

The body language at the AGM will be interesting for whoever is attending. If Neill is there hopefully all will remain cordial. There must be a lot of questions to be answered with regards to his departure as CEO and the search for another one. Or maybe there'll be bigger fish to fry.

The AGM of Versarien (VRS) will be held on 29 March, just 6 days time in Gloucester. If there was anything good to say, chairwoman Diane Savory would be giving a long talk. But there will be nothing to say so we will not be told if odious ex CEO Neill Ricketts has been paid off and if he has, at what cost. Critically you can bet the ranch that Versarien will not ‘fess up how little cash it has left. Put it this way…..
