Why is Ricketts still shown on the VRS site as CEO?

Neill Ricketts
Chief Executive Officer

Neill is a graduate engineer with over 20 years of senior level experience in manufacturing and engineering companies. He has demonstrated success in introducing and commercialising new technology, including new materials and coatings for diverse sectors from aerospace to Formula One, including significant work in the oil and gas sector.

More recently, Neill was appointed to the advisory board of the United States National Graphene Association (NGA) in February 2018.

No they need a large cash injection just to keep going then repaying that will cause more problems . It's been ran into the ground by NR and they are now deoeratly trying to save their jobs and the business but the damage is mostly done .

Shareholders will get shafted like they have done from the start.

If they are trying to raise money it will likely be at 3p and mean a almost 50% loss even from here so get more pain for shareholders .

The even worse outcome is they can't get anyone to agree to raise the money and admin then . It's stuffed either way and one to avoid .
.how silly must all those buying the last few weeks feel now and trying to get out fast

The tax payer funded Innovate loan is never going to be repaid, is it.

VRS has already been forced to get a 12 mth extension to the payback start date & clearly they can't even get close to servicing this loan.

With the AGM and presumably a new authority on the 29th of March it'll be interesting to see how they frame their current cash situation and need for more.

Senseum I was just going to say it looks like they have gone to the money men trying to raise funds and it's filtering into the market that they need to raise money and it will be at a big discount . Always said 2p was were this was heading at best and they need to raise a lot of money maybe 5m plus or it will keep happening every year until it gives up and goes into admin .

They couldn't attract enough zombies to pump the price so they can dump comfortably so they revert ... again ... to Twitter. I hope it's from a golf course.

The "Blowster" username who said they took part in the 10p placing as far as I remember also now trying to pump

Guessing that username also took part in the 3p placing with Doc and co? Could be wrong.

Lets hope the Superdry RNS will help us long term....thats if they ever launch the gear! Thought the UMBRO launch of graphene wear was a bit low key tbh, i dont get why they are not promoting it with UMBRO wearing sports personalities and the like, its supposed to be ground breaking tech ffs

'Filth' what an earth prompted this comment Pete ? I don't think he's bothered you for months, and even then you've often claimed his activities have only the most peripheral effect on you.

Did anyone else hear that JW podcast? Am I the only one thinking that he must be talking about a different vrs than the one that I partly own?

These are staying in my drawer. Hope they’ll still be worth something next year if one of the collabs comes good.

In the meantime have a look at BBLN. It’s US listed and looks incredibly oversold given that it keeps smashing its revenue estimates every quarter that they announce results. Last year their revenue was 0.3 billion, this year it’s 1.2 billion. I mean wow! It seems to have been dragged down by all the other SPAC ipos.

Up 20% today.
