There are no goalposts being moved - what 'should' happen is what happens in normal public companies.

I will repeat my other comment with the word 'normal' now inserted as you appear to be struggling to understand:
I can categorically assure you that this does not happen with Executive Directors of normal quoted companies.

In a normal plc the CEO being asked to resign would mean a compromise agreement, an immediate departure from the company and the termination of all directorships related to the plc.

It is yet another example of what an utterly shambolic organisation VRS is that there is such a lack of clarity on NR's status.

... a NEW all time low, just before the AGM. I expect nothing from that, all they ever do is rubber stamp the resolutions.

Some folks think Graphene has a future..

Will Versarien get a piece of the action?

I suppose they like to belittle others in order to increase their own self-esteem. They act like they are better than others, need to be admired and are conscious of their manipulation skills, all the while feeling no empathy when seeing others suffer.

One must ask why they like repeatedly calling share holders out who have lost money . Must be some perverse joy.

Many, if not most of us here have lost fortunes on VRS - the negativity is justified.

Your share certificates could be recycled into cardboard for pizza boxes. They may well be worth more after the transformation.

Excluding the DSTL development contract, sales of graphenes to paying customers was:
* £0.45 million, in the 12 months to Mar2021;
* £0.42 million, in the 12 months to Mar2022;
* and just £0.1 million, in the 6 months to Sept2022;

Chris Leigh should now know what graphenes sales - IF ANY - have been made to paying customers in the 6 month period to endMar2023. He should let the market know, via a brief Trading Update.

Or, to put things another way, in the absence of any such brief Trading Update, I will personally be of the view that graphenes sales to paying customers has (again) been close to NIL in the 6 months to endMar2023.

For the business to survive, additional funding will be required, but current graphenes sales of, say, averaging £100-200k per month would impact the market share price and, hence, make for an improved funding backdrop.

A significant week. AGMs are necessary. They have their origins in tying up financial matters after harvest time . They don't have to be dramatic and they don't have to have any forward looking connotations. However this one might . We need more shares after all .Also by the end of the week and most likely by the start of it the six month outcome that will be the subject of the half year will be known. That is the AGM deals with figures already known but Mr Leigh will know the content of the next ones. Watch for his physiognomy? I hope he bounds on stage .So, any noticeable growth could be trumpeted but as they say , let's not hold our breath . So far as Umbro goes, s first contribution will be visible at least to the FD. I doubt that at say £2 contribution per shirt there's much of a dent in the 360k per month we need 10,000 teams per month? So news of confidence in new streams in clothing and new departures in product lines will be welcome if the strength of the delivery on these is high.Meanwhile although I say survive we thrive, it will be a tense week. Form says news of a choreographed event may be given. Such as Superdry. Cognoscenti will be aware of such. When asynchronous events are just that truly we will be free to soar.As to the Ricketts Enigma? Who knows.

Squire how anyone that has lost over 90% on their investment can give advice or call others is quite pathetic tbh . Your a fool and it's there for everyone to see .

What will this week bring a trip into the 2ps range I suspect as the situation gets ever worse the cash runs out and the funding fails to gain any traction as nobody is willing to risk money on a dead dog . Time is ticking and the shareprice continues to fall . Doesnt look good does it
