I'm struggling to find information about Maxwell Technologies working with Gnanomat apart from a tweet, March 2019:https://twitter.com/neillricketts/status/1092466200733458432?s=21I've looked on RNS, REACH, AGM, interims etc. but I've hit a dead end. Can anyone add any meat to this?

Just remember when people are spending a significant amount of their time to attack a share they have no interest in them you know their real intention They are not forward thinking and only look in the past. A forward looking company looks to the next few years not few minutes. Strategy has been laid. Plans have been made. Implementation and commercialisation are coming.March will be a good month from my research in one of the 5 The rest I trust the BOD on. I know nooothing

"Happy days to come for all VRS long term holders." Define 'long term'. So how long are the O&G commercial discussions going to take then, Roger? Hmmm?

Zap&Go Limited another VRS long standing collaboration partner have published their accounts at last.

Needless to say a complete train wreck. Must be the Nanene touch.

Absolute bargain when vrs bought 2D Tech doing half a gram a day and now can achieve 3 tonnes/year and more modular, China wants it and would pay millions for it.

Cambridge graphene was too with Andrea Ferrari and the ink method, amazing coup in the light of the MAS interest and of course everyone that they deal with.

Well the Chinese seem to be in favour, despite the mood music placating Trump,

They are probably beavering away with their trial samples of Nanene as we speak.

20.Collaboration with Chinese Aerospace Company

Signed an MOU with a large state-owned Chinese aerospace company. If its state owned and large then it’s probably ‘enormous̵7; in reality but I guess such a word is not really appropriate for an RNS. This one is hidden under the cloak of a commercial or security NDA.

Pretty broad and interesting range of products being developed - microwave and electromagnetic radiation shielding, heat dispersion coatings, 3D printing and flexible wearable devices.

If its Space Exploration or Defence and its state owned then this could be a very valuable collaboration. As stated in the interims this is a longer term project and more in the R&D phase so one to leave in the hopper for now but it has value in opportunity terms imo and really should be priced in, but for as long as we remain sub 100p is not the case.

Not priced in!

Just to be clear, VRS acquired Cambridge Graphene for £25K in cash and £135K in shares

2-DTech was bought for £220K cash and £220K in shares.

Graphene revenue has actually declined over the last year to about £26K. Very little has been spent in R&D since acquisition.

These are the actual facts, as opposed to La La Land valuations.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

when you look at what rtg has posted...it just makes you wonder...if this company were to be sold tomorrow you would surely be looking at a valuation of £2 billion plus.

Well sandbag, those shares are going somewhere. Maybe Berenberg are giving their clients a helping hand.

Not to worry, we VRS investors are made of sterner stuff, we all have a Nanene core.
