No email Clubbie.I just predicted a completely unjustified bounce off 75p, like it did off 90p, umpteen times. Before it inevitably drops through the trap door into the 60s

I hope those PI's that sold scale back in Kemorkid, it is just daft to sell on a low due to the scumbags, Roger makes a good point , even the IP is not priced in.

By the way, as we are talking about Huwawei, its probably worth noting that EVERYTHING to do with China is NOT priced in to the current share price. I'll cover in more detail soon ;-)

10. Acquisition of Gnanomat

Versarien acquired Gnanomat S.L. via a heavily over-subscribed fundraise. Gnanomat is a Spanish based company capable of utilising Versarien's graphene products in an environmentally friendly, scalable production process for energy storage devices that offers high power density, almost instant recharging and very long lifetimes for use in electrical vehicles and portable electronics products.

The additional funds have been used to accelerate global expansion and lay substantial foundations to facilitate growth.

We know battery technology isn’t going to happen over night, but this was a fantastic acquisition based on the tech but also mitigates, in part, some of the potential pain of brexit as we now have a foothold in Europe. Neill even highlights this acquisition as one of the greatest achievements in year.

Its worth noting that Gnanomat was granted a patent in April 2019 (covering a method of obtaining nanomaterials composed of carbonaceous material e.g. graphene and metallic oxides) and successful in obtaining a grant from the Spanish Ministry of Science with further grants probable from the newly formed European Battery Alliance as Europe looks to back a winner.

Gnanomat have links with Maxwell who have links with Tesla. When coupled with WMG and Zap&Go its clear Versarien are very well positioned in the battery race. .

Gnanomat are important enough for Neill to include them in the first paragraph of his Chief Exec Statement in the recent Interims: “gaining momentum in incorporating graphene into energy storage devices following a full year of Gnanomat S.L being part of the Group”.

Given the general battery narrative and sentiment is on the up right now, could we see some announcements in the near future, major breakthroughs, perhaps? Either way, its…

Not priced in!

The news that the British Government will accept Huawei to rollout up to 35% of the 5G network is the biggest news this month for Versarien. In an instance the Johnson Government have shown the Chinese we can work with them and will not be directed by the Trump administrations advice. Roll on the Chinese deal with a big obstacle now out of the way

Extremely technical area this battery thing & far above my physics competence. However, purest conjecture...what if Tesla have a new charging system using lithium-ion with graphene caging technology. Dynavolt have 33% stake in Dragonfly, which is in this space. Who used to work for Dynavolt? Pure fantasy of course. Yet, if Tesla is doing something with graphene, it would certainly be a telling moment in the graphene story...even if my conjecture proves completely fanciful, which, I agree, it most probably is.
