28/1/2020 08:49 | 3. Appointment as Industry Council member and partner of NGA Versarien was appointed as the inaugural Industry Council member and Corporate Partner of The National Graphene Association ("NGA"). The American’s choosing a British company as the first company to partner them to lead the commercialisation strategy in the US for graphene is unprecedented. Versarien are still very active members and the relationship is bearing fruit. Versarien has entered into 4 collaboration agreements (plus those unable to declare due to NDA/sensitivity) and received its first US order for our graphene in June 2019. I reached out to NGA recently myself and they said: “Versarien is poised to make a major impact, no doubt... the momentum in the US is building quickly. Stay tuned!” Not priced in! | ![]() rogerthegrouch
28/1/2020 08:48 | log - I didn't say what price the shorts would close *at*, did I? ;-) as a s'holder obviously I hope you're wrong. If it gets to the levels you describe Ricketts will be BURIED in class action law suits. | ![]() club sandwich
28/1/2020 08:45 | I I totally agree LO. Some PI s are getting scared though and awee positive RNS would steady the ship ! | ![]() kemorkid
28/1/2020 08:45 | Club, Why do you think anyone lucky enough to have borrow on VRS would want to close at 60p? Virtually out of cash, declining graphene revenues of c£26K and business that is is losing money at the group level £2.12m loss in last half. At 60p, the market cap would still be an obscene £92m. The ONLY reason that the shares ever got this high (and higher) is due to massive promotion by Neill and some of the people on this board. Promotions always end this way, even if they are not outright frauds. Look at UKOG, which I (and others) were banging on about for ages. VRS is nowhere near the point where bears pack up and go - it's over-valued by a factor of ten. It was simply over-valued by a factor of twenty before. -------------------- Down and down and down she goes. Looks like the scum will be able to close their 60p shorts after all. | ![]() loglorry1
28/1/2020 08:42 | Hold more now than I ever have Kemorkid and if games keep getting played I will be raiding the bank account which I don't normally do but the drop is so overdone it is hard to resist. So much going on in the background that it is daft to sell at these levels, just my opinion I know but over the coming months especially with the government backing and interest in disruptive tech as well as the signalling situation it is time for change . | ![]() luckyorange

28/1/2020 08:32 | The detractors will try and get you bc to believe that absolutely nothing has happened over the last 2 years but it couldn't be further from the truth. The foundations are well and truly set and extensions planned for the new build so to speak.Just waiting for the nod and then we go I know nooothing | ![]() mavfav

28/1/2020 08:26 | 2. Collaboration with a FTSE listed European manufacturer Collaboration with a FTSE listed European manufacturer and supplier of consumer products for the household and personal care markets. The main aim is to provide alternative solutions for packaging. More cost effective, more eco friendly. Given the current eco trend and war against plastic this is right in the sweet spot. It’s FTSE listed so a big boy with magnificent revenue potential. New tech takes time and given the size of the customer, it can be like turning an articulated lorry but when the orders come, revenues and profits will obviously be substantial. When small cap businesses are linked with a big name, the market tends to price it in. Well not this one apparently, nor the countless other big names in the hopper. From the latest annual report, it would appear everything is going very well. “testing at limited loadings showed a demonstrable improvement in potential use of plastics” Not priced in! | ![]() rogerthegrouch

28/1/2020 08:23 | Down and down and down she goes. Looks like the scum will be able to close their 60p shorts after all. I reckon an announcement of Ricketts' resignation - or his being forced to step down by regulators over the Discord debacle - would double the share price immediately... | ![]() club sandwich

28/1/2020 08:17 | 1. The appointment of DIT secondees The appointment of a DIT secondee Matt Walker and with it, unprecedented support from UKGov. Rarely seen, and to my knowledge not yet repeated (apart from a further secondee to Versarien and extension of Matt Walker’s time!) ”Secretary of State for International Trade has been clear that the DIT should support UK businesses with their overseas investments and has named this as one of the department's priorities” As per RNS, Matt has lived up to expectations and been key to ensuring the continued international expansion of Versarien and maintaining our special relationship with the UK Government. I look forward to further updates soon regarding the great work he has been doing in S Korea, Japan and China. Also Versarien has a further partnership with the DIT, by becoming an official "Export Champion", in order to help promote the UK Government's "Exporting is GREAT" campaign. 28/1/2020 08:16 | "Right now the share price is c. 74p. The last time it was 74p was the end of May 2018. Since then the company has delivered nothing" You should have stopped right there Roger. I'd stick to the cartoons of I were you, mate. | ![]() club sandwich
28/1/2020 08:15 | Come on, genius. These O&G discussions they’re supposedly engaged in RIGHT NOW - how long to contract? | ![]() club sandwich
28/1/2020 08:14 | Jointer “Plans are in place to: > install larger machines capable of producing tens of kg/day” Whoop-di-doo. So what does VRS do when Aecom say they need 1000T a month for that new city they’re building in Saudi Arabia? So if you’re the expert how long will commercialisation take? | ![]() club sandwich
28/1/2020 08:13 | Right now the share price is c. 74p. The last time it was 74p was the end of May 2018. Since then the company has delivered nothing but positive news and laid robust foundations and made astonishing progress on its journey to deliver new tech that will change the world. It is abundantly clear that Versarien is perfectly positioned to capitalise on the impending revolution, which as pointed out by far more important people that me, we are on the cusp of. So given the current share price, there is an awful lot not priced in, making this the bargain of the year to either invest or top up in what I believe is the greatest opportunity the UK stock market has seen in over a decade. Over the next few days, I will be noting all the things that are not currently priced in (will take a few days cos that’s how much isn’t priced in plus writing on BBs isn’t my full time job like some!). Enjoy... | ![]() rogerthegrouch
28/1/2020 08:02 | Fest"Soon after, I started wondering whether the Graphene Council accreditation amounted to that much in reality? Then, when it's CEO came on this board with a desperate-sounding late night rant the other week, I had my answer.Amateurish, badly judged and embarrassing is my verdict on that episode."As amateurish and childish as changing your handle on a private messaging group to DA BOSS when you've been rumbled as posting there? Was he drunk? And the bulls seriously think this clown deserves to go on 'running' a listed company? Wow... | ![]() club sandwich
28/1/2020 07:36 | Festario I just read your comment from last night where you were saying what F stood for. I am not Dean Haigh but can answer in my dealings with you. F could be for Fantasist as you say you are on a 3 week holiday but are still posting on this bulletin board throughout the day and at 10.30pm at night. You have also never owned a million plus shares in Versarien so that makes you a Fruitcake. As I continually say to you let’s meet up at a VRS investor event as I cannot see you have ever attended one. Bring your mate Ian Westbrook as well and we can all sit down with a slice of cake and cup of tea and talk about the Future of Graphene and VRS | stuhuw |
