27/1/2020 13:53 | @Club its all just fugazzi to jazz up the "secret source" nonsense in my opinion. It makes for a good story and aligns Nanene to valuable IP like Coke but its just the usual bluster. | ![]() loglorry1
27/1/2020 13:51 | "None of which were market sensitive." @tini - how exactly do you know. Have you been at and can be sure you were at every private meeting? I think I've shown pretty categorically that Neill has put out several RNSs which promoted the share price just before he sold large amounts. Let's not forget his total investment in VRS stock has been £4,000 while he has cashed out hundreds of thousands. It's pretty desperate that the bulls defend this at all. Shouldn't he be buying not selling? Neill sold 250k of shares when the price was 63.00p. He did this with full knowledge that the initial China announcement was due later the same month which would propel the share price north. @schmally Crikey I hope not as this is illegal! If he is sitting on undisclosed material news like this then he can't trade at all. | ![]() loglorry1
27/1/2020 13:51 | I'll ask it again. Anybody? Anybody at all? Anyone got the faintest scooby? "Ricketts has said several times that there are only three people who know the recipe for the 'secret sauce' that makes nanene, him being one of them. The company currently has something like 80+ collab partners. Let's assume half of those make it through to commercialisation. Hell, let's assume just a quarter do, so 20 partners in production. We know - or at least Ricketts has said it often enough, so let's assume it's true - that graphene doesn't keep and it doesn't travel, it needs to be made close to where it will be used. How is the IP for nanene going to be protected across 20 sites? Are the 3 holders of the recipe going to be like little Walter Whites and Jessie Pinkmans, frantically shuttling between labs every time a batch finishes to prep the next one? Or will they be controlling those 20 plants from a central control room, via as-yet-uninvented remote-controlled machines? Both seems equally absured - but unless they're going to spill the secret sauce recipe to 20 partners - at a hugely-increased risk of industrial espionage - then it's hard to se how it would work." | ![]() club sandwich
27/1/2020 13:50 | Hello squire007, You are wasting your time asking people not to engage with log etc. He is much cleverer, at what he does, than we give him credit for. He has a quite a few people on this board dancing like puppets on a string! He pick's a nice worm, dangles it on the BB and they all bite. This is becoming the 'Loglorry' board. Keep trying squire, you never know they may listen to you.... | ![]() laginaneil
27/1/2020 13:40 | only on my screen it says the share price is now 75p? | ![]() club sandwich
27/1/2020 13:40 | log, so you post to share your views on vrs and will not have capital gain from the share-price going down. | ![]() nellyb
27/1/2020 13:40 | Yes tini- Every company has a need to communicate with its shareholders and interested parties. These conversations give holders a chance to review and reflect on their investment without the noise from detractors, calling down the stock. Most people in this world, like to share news and information, call it human mutualism, I wouldnt expect you to understand. It’s a cheap and effective way to get the truth out there and keep the record straight! So keeps both Chris and Neill happy. | ![]() rogerthegrouch
27/1/2020 13:38 | "Directors who feed information to a select bunch of individuals via golf days, meals, drinks down the pub, private chat forums safe in the knowledge this information will be broadcast far and wide." None of which was market sensitive. Golf day was open to anyone who cared to attend, pub invites went out via Twitter, could have been attended. Meals, were open to invite. Private chat room, well nothing was disclosed that was inside info so that's another dead-end. High cash burn - err well, no. It's not but we'll put that one down to financial austerity being in the eye of the beholder. As Tim likes talking about the past..... David Kerr publicly invited Tim out for a coffee, to discuss whatever shortcomings Tim believed VRS had and Tim turned him down spouting some rubbish about wanting to have it out on ADVFN. If Tim was REALLY committed to the idea that VRS is a con or failed concept, he would have taken him up on the offer and then reported back accordingly. Also, as I have pointed out to other detractors, none of you turn up at the AGM to publicly call out management of VRS, where it would have the most impact - in front of the very investors you want to convince to sell. In short, Tim and co are insubstantial and have no real argument to make to the management, they'd much rather spread FUD from behind the safety of their keyboards. | ![]() tini5
27/1/2020 13:30 | 3. Directors who ramp on Twitter and other social media channels. ...was catastrophic for Elon... ah wait, no it wasn't. Communication with shareholders is a key draw for me. I enjoy feeling part of the company and the revolution. Not everyone's cup of tea, mind | ![]() rogerthegrouch
27/1/2020 13:21 | Log loves to highlight Neill's last exercise of his options as a suggestion of him selling after ramping. This is done to imply Neill is dishonest. What Loggy deliberately fails to do, is to also highlight Neill's previous sale of options on Jan 4th 2018. Neill sold 250k of shares when the price was 63.00p. He did this with full knowledge that the initial China announcement was due later the same month which would propel the share price north. The initial Jinan RNS was on 15th Jan and the share price went up to 112.00p in the following few days. Therefore, Neill missed out on £122k for selling PRIOR to good news. Hardly the actions of an cowboy AIM director. Loggy always conveniently forgets this transaction. I wonder why. | ![]() schmally
27/1/2020 13:01 | Log. So do you post here to highlight the possible over-valuation of the share so that weak share-holders panic and sell up hopefully bringing down the share-price enabling you to benefit from your short position? | ![]() nellyb
27/1/2020 12:58 | No Log, I'm not paid for pointing out the truths of the versarien investment case. If I can save anyone from selling due to your manipulation then their relief and joy upon lift off will be enough. | ![]() rogerthegrouch
27/1/2020 12:46 | Log - no that is not what I mean. Do you highlight the risks concerned with shares that you are short on by posting on bulletin boards for financial gain? | ![]() nellyb
27/1/2020 12:41 | loglorry1, RTG is long and has shares, so he has SKIN in the game. What about you? You're not invested, not supported by your masters, then what? You're on a mission to save the world from investing in VRS? Why? Are there not any better causes for you out there? Don't try to be over smart. | ![]() ashehzi
27/1/2020 12:38 | @nellyb I don't get paid to post anything if that is what you mean. I've helped exposed a number of stock promotions and stock frauds over the years and posted on many of them. I get the usual attacks while doing it but in the end anyone that listens is generally happy they didn't stay in. | ![]() loglorry1
27/1/2020 12:36 | Log, do you do this for a living? | ![]() nellyb
27/1/2020 12:34 | I think we should dump BIGT we don't need them, the other back up China deal looks much better | ![]() 1teepee |
