So an apology is not an apology? With multiple trolls posting hundreds of times it can get a bit confusing you know. Sorry petal? ’Schmelly̵7; on the other hand. I’m so upset by that that I may never post again.

Schmelly,

What a woeful, ungracious excuse for an apology when you were 100% in the wrong. Shame on you.

For future reference, simply holding your hand up, acknowledging you are in the wrong & apologising would be the classy way to handle this.

"No Growing a company from scratch to 160 million market cap in approx 6 -7 years is nothing .."

But it's not moved on, in fact it's gone backwards despite the hype. I am not a troll by the way and I have a considerable investment. Not as big as it was but still a sustantial part of my and my wifes savings. I would just like to see some of the promises turn into real deals. Not hard considering the breadth of what is projected.

Bbm, my apologies for my poor memory. It was another one of your gang, Jimbo that suggested Neill would be duped because he couldn’t speak Mandarin. There’s so many of you trolls on this board now, it’s just so difficult to keep track.

Yep and they put it in the contract to pass on liability to the bottom end of the supply chain.

Sorry Jkok, but ISO and other verification/accreditation standards are legally enforceable if contracts between any relevant parties require compliance to those standards. It is common for contracts to stipulate compliance to certain accreditation standards and if the supplier subsequently fails to adhere to those standards then they will be in breach of contract.

Contracts will usually dictate companies comply with multiple ISO standards in relation to IT, Info security, manufacturing standards, environmental controls, etc.

This is why the creation and adoption of Graphene industry standards will enable companies to agree more robust and enforceable contracts that then give end users more confidence to agree those contracts.

I see some are stooping to operating under the alias of someone else again. Is this a place for adult civilised investors to share their views or an online playground? Shameful behaviour.

These house trolls seem to be getting more desperate .

They are on the board stating doom and gloom :-)

Morning noon and night.......... 24-7

Does someone pay them ??

As they are not invested surely they must be being paid for this sort of commitment .

Do they work in packs ?

Are they professional traders with a agenda ?

What’s their motive ?

Are they desperate it appears like they are ?

Is the end of the world coming as we know it ,is there the 4th industrial revolution about to unfold ?

johnveals. As I am sure you are aware ISOs are not legally enforceable. This from the ISO website:

"The important distinction between standards and legislation is that standards are voluntary, whereas legislation is mandatory. When regulatory authorities use standards as a basis for legislation, only then do they become mandatory, and then only within the jurisdiction covered by the legislation".

Regulatory authorities decide themselves whether to use Standards to support their technical regulations.

ISOs are also continually evolving and do not become finalised as such. This is why there are other distinct ISO under development. Have a look at graphene on the ISO website and you will see what I mean.

What do I know? Well I have sat on various ISO Committees.
