Anley I don't think what happens to crossrail is linked based on previous discussions about this with VRS management who haven't heard anything from AECOM to suggest otherwise either - let's hope they are right! ... end of year post trial was when I had AECOM arch pencilled in for commercial deal announcement then multi year ramp up in materials delivery and inflow of revenues as they roll it out.

So have I misquoted Ricketts in any way? Have I stated a timeline he gave which is factually incorrect?

YOu have no counter argument, no excuse for Ricketts' failure, so you play the man. Typical.

And Ricketts can prove me wrong any time he likes by delivering 'staggering', 'mind-blowing' deals.

But strangely after more than 2 years he still seems utterly incapable of doing so...

wrong in every respect. I've held for more than 2 years, and have added small amounts recently as funds have allowed.

I just want Ricketts to deliver on his extravagant language of the past two years, and hold him to account for not having done so.

Was it me who talked about 'mind-blowing' opportunities in China? It was not.

Was it me who said Aecom might buy 'staggering' amounts of graphene (total orders to date: zero)? It was not.

Was it me who tweeted about the Chinese needing $200bn of graphene over the next 5 years, with the clear implication that VRS could get a piece of that action? It was not.

Was it me who said they hoped to deliver an Aecom update by end of Q1 this year, only to deliver that upddate in Q3 and for it to be an epic non-event when it did happen? It was not.

Was it me who said they'd be disappointed if there were no orders in 6 months - this well over a year ago - and then failed to deliver on that? It was not.

Was it me who said they hoped to deliver a BIGT deal by the AGM, then utterly failed to do so? It was not.

So why do I keep buying more shares? I've been crystal clear about that: NOT because I have the slightest faith or confidence in Ricketts - I have none whatsoever, I think he's a rank incompetent - but because I believe sooner or later, hopefully sooner, there will be a takeover approach and some of the massive value in VRS will be released for s'holders.

Yes mavfav, it is going to go up as reality kicks in.

The team have delivered the majority on their AGM statement, obviously 5 targeted without BIGT and the textiles are now much further down the line so expect to hear something about that in the near future. The other 4 are also on the boil so depends which is first to land.

They foretold in the AGM statement of what IS happening in China and lo and behold confirmation of that in the Chinese press on November 1st just a week ago Friday, so all of that done and just this to follow

" BIGT continues to work towards the purchase of up to 15% of Versarien's share capital through the issue of new shares to BIGT, but BIGT acknowledges Versarien's desire to also offer shares to institutions and private investors at the same time as any investment by BIGT."

Yet still some don't get it and if it doesn't happen next week they will say... let them , agree with them and don't stand in their way, in fact encourage them to sell and we will see .. 🌞🌞🌞 ⬅ sunshine on a rainy day

Important to remember mavfav that it is only a small number if posters making a lot of negative noise. It’s quite obvious who is posting to try and drive the share price down to buy back in cheaper and I just hope that investors don’t sell as a result of their games. They are working extremely hard at the moment taking advantage of a lull in news as they know it will be very difficult to buy back the quantities they have sold without causing the share price to spike. If you sell they win! Good luck all genuine holders our time will come :-)

Interesting comment from FGR AGM statement (my capitals)

We were invited to become a Tier One Partner in the University of

Wonder whether this is more BS from chairman Warwick Grigor or is VRS concentrating more on the Chinese option and less on GEIC

When the trolls come to play you know this share is absolutely to go skywards They claim to hold shares then try and create dissension and nervousness amongst PIsTheir intention is to try and manipulate the shares down by taking spreadbets and colluding then will cash in and through the money in the share together to create a non news rise. Then they pump it and sell and the cycle continuesDon't be played by them and you will see very quickly who they are esp when you look at their historyDYOR and look at the journey, look at the trajectory and look at the things that they said they were going to do and where we are. Yes I'd hoped this might have started to land now but it hasn't and when you are dealing with governments you p to the rules but once those have been sorted their is blue sky aheadThis share will be about timing and no not for golf balls and tennis rackets but proper engineering solutions I know nooothing
