Speaking of Justin, I see he has pulled Vox out of a three way reverse merger with Align Research and PGCE. You may know that Malign Research is run by one Richard Jennings, who almost matches TW in loathsomeness. What Justin was doing swimming in such murky waters beats me, but I always had him down as a bit dim. The following link shows he woke up Justin Time (geddit?)

Oh, and expect another flood of 'nothing' RNS's when he next needs to fund something but it will be a case of lower highs as the disillusioned exit. Don't be last man standing here when it's back at 1p.

Hate to rain on your kool-aid parade, but if deals were imminent insiders would be buying: instead of which *nobody* is buying, they can't sell them fast enough. Ricketts has below-zero credibility. Let's wait til the end of November when there are still no deals and the share price is at 50p, see how y'all feel then.

Good morning investors.

Personally, I am very excited about the orders about to be announced. Like all investors here, I want the orders announced as soon as possible, but I do believe they will come before too long. My only frustration is being completely maxed out and unable to buy any more at the moment.

Mandatory testing of the AECOM arch is well along the road and textiles sounds as though it could be any day. I should imagine AECOM, and its 3D contractors, (our customers) will be in discussions about timing and contracts right now.

We all know the situation, but we keep regurgitating the same facts and thoughts day after day. Understandable as we all are invested in VRS to make money and be involved in the most exciting company on the UK stock market.

I do expect the arch, textiles or something else to be announced over the coming weeks, but absolutely no idea when, its out of our hands.

contact..nda..collaboration..testing..order...that's more or less the method.

so certain things have to be done before orders...take no notice of the ignorant ones saying we should have had orders years ago....no we shouldn't it doesn't work like that.

but now is the time after getting certain things in place... not least of all and I think it is the most important...verification of our quality materials.

that was absolutely massive...it gives great confidence to our customers and collaborators.

"Successful commercialisation of graphene materials requires not only the ability to produce graphene to a declared specification, but to be able to do so at a commercial scale. It is nearly impossible for a graphene customer to verify the type of material they are receiving without going through an expensive and time-consuming process of having sample materials fully characterised by a laboratory that has the equipment and expertise to test graphene.

so yes now is the time to expect orders.

LOI with Global Apparel Manufacturer

Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with the Company's textile sector collaboration partner (the "Partner') covering the initial launch of high performance sportswear incorporating Versarien's graphene ink technology.
The Partner, who has a collaboration agreement with the Company, as announced on 8 January 2018, is headquartered in Asia and designs, develops and manufactures a range of different garments for well-known apparel brands globally.
The LOI follows successful independent tests carried out in the UK involving the incorporation of graphene into textiles via fabric finishes using Versarien's graphene ink technology developed by the company's subsidiary, Cambridge Graphene Limited. The testing has demonstrated that the incorporation of Versarien's graphene inks into the textiles provides a number of potential benefits to a user of garments made from them, including enhanced thermal and moisture properties.
The non-binding LOI sets out the intent of the parties to enter into a formal commercial relationship regarding an initial launch of high performance sportswear. The LOI also commits both parties to further product development across different textiles and graphene delivery methods.
Further wearer trials are now underway with a number of well known global sports brands, along with other Partner customers.
Neill Ricketts, CEO of Versarien, commented: "We are delighted that this collaboration has moved to the next stage with the signing of the LOI. This was the first major collaboration we entered into for our graphene ink technology.

"The independent testing that has been carried out has demonstrated a number of significant benefits that the addition of our graphene can bring and we are confident that the further wearer trials will validate this. We look forward to continuing to work with this Partner with the goal of introducing graphene enhanced high performance sports wear to the market as soon as possible.

24th sept.

"As reported on the 26 July 2019, the Company had signed a Letter of Intent with its Asian based textile partner. I can confirm that advanced discussions have now been held with the intent to sign a formal commercial partnership in the near future.

Our other collaborations that we outlined in the annual report continue to progress in line with the Company's expectations.

look past the noise and its all looking really good.
