25/9/2019 10:55 | Hey guysSlightly off topic, trying to sell £2k as I need it for carpets and a new bed, but HL can't get me a quote. What does that generally mean if they can't get a quote to sell?Cheers | ![]() andymoore07
25/9/2019 10:54 | It's waste of time and money. The best way to deal with anyone that intentional causes you misery by deceit is to deal with them yourself, the lesson is far more rewarding and impactful than any letter and lefty solicitor nonsense. | ![]() superg1
25/9/2019 10:51 | Suoerg1, Well the remedy is in NR's hands. Firstly he could take action against any libel, it would never get to court, the (alleged) offender would desist when the Norwich Pharmacal was issued, if not before. I reckon a PM on here pointing out the posts complained about, and a request to contact the company lawyer is all it would take personally........ Long term holders that believe in the company have no need to be concerned about negative posts, just keep the faith, value always comes out in the end, the rest is just noise. BTW did anyone ask about the BIGT 15% investment being before or after any other new institutional investment yesterday? | ![]() andy
25/9/2019 10:35 | Wholehearted thanks to all who have posted feedback from the AGM. Unfortunately, due to my domestic situation, I'm unlikely to get to Cheltenham. However, if there's another 'do' in London, I'll make every effort to get there. | ![]() kilgallp
25/9/2019 10:29 | Thanks for writing that. Been saying the same for ages. Superg and certain others are dogmatic zealots, who classify different opinions as subversive dissidents. | ![]() 1teepee
25/9/2019 09:50 | Abstract of full scientific paper on Graphene Inks being used for wearables and scalable to industrial levels showing potential for use of Graphene: Full paper here: Abstract Multifunctional wearable e-textiles have been a focus of much attention due to their great potential for healthcare, sportswear, fitness, space, and military applications. Among them, electroconductive textile yarn shows great promise for use as next-generation flexible sensors without compromising the properties and comfort of usual textiles. However, the current manufacturing process of metal-based electroconductive textile yarn is expensive, unscalable, and environmentally unfriendly. Here we report a highly scalable and ultrafast production of graphene-based flexible, washable, and bendable wearable textile sensors. We engineer graphene flakes and their dispersions in order to select the best formulation for wearable textile application. We then use a high-speed yarn dyeing technique to dye (coat) textile yarn with graphene-based inks. Such graphene-based yarns are then integrated into a knitted structure as a flexible sensor and could send data wirelessly to a device via a self-powered RFID or a low-powered Bluetooth. The graphene textile sensor thus produced shows excellent temperature sensitivity, very good washability, and extremely high flexibility. Such a process could potentially be scaled up in a high-speed industrial setup to produce tonnes (∼1000 kg/h) of electroconductive textile yarns for next-generation wearable electronics applications. | iofra

25/9/2019 09:40 | Firstly, thank you to everyone for their AGM feedback. I personally cannot imagine when 'the first deal and BIGT lands' ever investing directly in another share again (VRS' share price needs to be £2.60 of course:) VRS currently has the building blocks in place to be the 'Once in every lifetime' investment - hopefully, just a little bit longer to prove it :) | ad631
25/9/2019 09:36 | A belated but very heartfelt thanks to Shavian, Battery, Johnveals, scottishfield and all who have reported back from the AGM...great reads. I would say that they added to my confidence that the company is treading the best path for all of us long term shareholders but I never doubted that anyway. Hope those who attended for the first time can now appreciate why we have been saying that it's important to do so. As superg says, they really are a great team! | ![]() woodpeckers

25/9/2019 09:00 | I haven't seen the traders part NR mentioned. He said something like. We are not in the business of providing exciting updates for traders and others screaming for news so they can cash in profits, they are in the business of building large sustainable company for the benefit industry and long term investors. So for the traders, agenda folk and loud mouths out there, please STFU and go take your unwanted cash somewhere else. | ![]() superg1

25/9/2019 08:52 | Once the first deal and BIGT lands I'm off for an AVFN break (a long one I hope). So this thread will no doubt fall into a troll mess but it will be irrelevant. Large investor will replace the moaners, the gamblers and the scum. I'll just invest as I see fit. Some good guys abandoned here long ago and the chats will go in elsewhere in private. The BIGT china deal looks massive but is not needed for VRS success. BIGT are not in it to lose money, for a large investment I suspect they will make multiples of what they put in. What VRS are trying to do is absolutely, no one has very come close to the potential ahead. | ![]() superg1

25/9/2019 08:46 | "Same re VRS yesterday. I'm going to the AGM blah blah ..... yaaaaawn" quote the post when I ever said I'd be going to the AGM? I might have said that in 2018 (tho don't recall doing so), but I've not said it since the start of this year - if ever. No bloody point going, for the reasons I've outlined previously. You're a bitter, twisted failed policeman. A constable when you joined, a constable when you left many year later. And you dare talk to me about 'issues'? Where's this unicorn, you delusional c*nt? | ![]() club sandwich

25/9/2019 08:44 | Great post Shavian. I would add to the AECOM part that Neill pointed out they were due to hold a huge press launch of the arch but this got pulled by AECOM close to launch. They then had a lower key launch which we are all aware of. My take on this, coupled with the news on the graphene concrete today, is that AECOM want to keep things low key until they have the concrete products as well. They must see vasarian as key to their plans of 50%3D printed by 2025. All looking very good for the years ahead. | ![]() flatcoat1 |
