Versarian are doing great and moving at an exceptional speed. It's not them, it was the other party in the (one) deal that I was asking about. Is that plain enough!

My average is 105 but whether I’ve been up or down has made no difference to me. I’ll only ever get nervous if the story changes, or if there is bad news that would cast doubt. Nothing has changed and the news flow is fantastic so there is zero justification for whinging

Been an engineer for over 30 years, and worked for engineering companies including huge multi nationals and startup which have gone from no revenue to multi million pound takeovers. To answer your question i never expected in my wildest dreams for vasarian to achieve so much in this time. When i started investing it was was with a view to it being a long term investment 5-10 yrs so even thou I'm underwater I'm still relaxed about future.

Good for you Schmally. In much lower than me. I'm just above water overall having bought right up to 1.80. Perhaps that is why I'm a lttle more nervous than you.

Since Nov 2017 if you must know Fest. First purchase at 40p and have been increasing my holding regularly ever since and continue to do so. I have a 5 to 10 year investment horizon and my retirement age hinges on whether or not VRS are successful, so plenty riding on it. However short term impatience is a waste of nervous energy. Hold if you believe, sell if you don’t. Simple

Bloody hell. I didn't realise we were all on a site populated by religious zealots. It's like I doubted transubstantiation (edit).I only asked a question. I did not offer an opinion so for goodness sake leave it off. We will be burning people who don't have absolute faith in a bit. Worrying thing is that most of the critics can't read effectively.

Schmally, Club is referring to how long he has been a VRS shareholder.

What’s the duration of ADVFN membership got to do with sensible discussion and debate. You’ve had your chance and failed at every turn which is why you’re now widely despised. Well done for making good use of your time on this board. Bravo

pshevlin,

When I last moved house, it took 6 months to the day, we didn't sell our house to the original purchaser and we didn't end up buying the house we first made an offer on. To conduct an investment like this in 6 months involving foreign investment is a massive undertaking. None of the shareholders know what is happening, nobody on here can answer any questions or give any definitive facts. Nobody is stringing anybody along.

There may be pitfalls along the way, like when I moved house, but I'm sure Neill and the VRS team are working all hours to ensure that any deal is beneficial to VRS and therefore the shareholders. I trust them to look after my interests as a shareholder and if I didn't, I would sell. It's as simple as that for me.

The difference is that Mike’s piece was well thought out, balanced and considered. PShelvin comments are based on nothing but his own lack of faith and belief. He’s just another self absorbed whinging attention seeker like Clubbie, with no patience. I’ve long had doubts about his motives on here. I’m always happy to consider counter arguments, but only when balanced and sensible

You are not reading efficiently Melf. I don't expect ANYTHING more from the company. They are doing what they can. Yes, I don't think we live in the best of all possible worlds but I don't just post just to rub it in. Perhaps you are the eternal optimist, fine, but there are a variety of views that need to be taken into consideration. I just asked how certain we are that this deal will come off bearing in mind who we are dealing with. 90%? 70%?. No-one really knows it seems so they just complain that I have little faith. I'm not negative or I wouldn't be invested. I just don't know.

Fest and shelvin Why don't you just disappear and spout your tosh on other boards Don't pretend to be in and try talk this down whilst flip flopping Meaningful and honest convo is good.It doesn't have to be praise the lord (VRS) all the time either but I struggle to see anything in your posts that says you aren't trying to manipulate others to trend your path. You do it on your other shares too I know nooothing
