Calm down Ian and enjoy life with your family, if you still have shares then you should be well in profit and don't understand the problem here. Hope the kids are enjoying their holiday .

'You will doubtless all be surprised to hear this, but I've come to the conclusion that you are all right.

I'm really not like this in any other area of my life - the anonymity of online has a toxic effect on me. I think I might have one of those internet addictions I've read about.'

Don't feed the addiction Ian, delete your online presence and walk away, if nothing else do it for your girls. Be happy

If it was an official offer it would have to be RNS'd. It obviously was an informal one which VRS probably get all the time. Some people's (CS, TW etc) natural habitat is the sewer.

"The 29.9% isn’t new information Shavian as it was shared before at the bangers meet up in London post results when I was there as well as I believe at the lunch before results where they talked about China"

so information is being disclosed to some s'holders at cosy little gatherings but not to all s'holders - in clear contravention of stock market rules?

I've screengrabbed your post. If Ricketts doesn't deliver Aecom or BIGT by the AGM, I'll be sending it to the FCA.

The other interested parties will have to buy stock in the market if they want a position.

I would not be surprised is we have received informal “if you would be interested in the future” unofficial enquiries. I think these will come pretty often as we make a step change into mass production.

Did anyone post this interesting Twitter response from Neil?
@neillricketts
For clarification we currently have a maximum allotment available of 15% for the placing of cash as agreed at the last AGM :) we don't need to use it all, or we could depending on what the bod decide at the time :)

If BIGT invests in 15% of the company, and II's and PI's take a slice at the same time, doesn't that extra slice represent unnecessary dilution or is that cash required, and earmarked, for further expansion?

Certainly no shortage of occasional drama with this stock ;-)
Congratulations to anyone who captured stock on the silly dip.
The forced rns did at least give the company an opportunity to reinforce the positive aspects of its BIGT involvement.

I wonder if any rns was planned regarding the establishment and naming of the WFOE anyway - or would that have been held for inclusion of the BIGT conclusion notice later ;-)

Either way, these are exciting times!
