MMs delaying the reporting of buy trades again today. One hour delay on my 3k buy yesterday and the 2500 I bought ten minutes ago @ 121.4 will presumably be shown as a sell later if they move up the bid. I guess they are short of stock.

Bit like the little ‘Intel Inside’ stickers on many computers. Sports fans are very alert to little logos everywhere aside from those of the main sponsor. Think F1.

We didn't use a trade name, we designed a logo so when customers looked at the end product they could see it contained our material. A few adverts went out from a friendly customer who wanted to put one over the major. The advert said contains xxx you can tell by the logo.

Gore Tex managed it.Don't see why VRS couldn't.

Jen, as others have said transfer in bite size chunks to minimise risk. There is still plenty of time in this ISA period.

The 25% SIPP tax free rules are very tightly written, also watch out for the one off tax at age 75, assuming you expect to be above the LTA!

Other option is the partner creates their own brand and pays VRS royalties for it ... VRS graphene brands today are very industrial so can see friction with a consumer brand focused company. Nothing a few new trademarks can't solve ?. Remember VRS leverage in textiles is that multiple partners of the manufacturer are testing their graphene enhanced textiles so competitive pressure for first mover his high. Here's to the waiting game!

Exactly SG but that discount would soon disappear. In seconds, I imagine. If you are confident in what Neill is saying, the logical thing to do is buy now. If you are not sure if he can pull it off, wait for the raise, pay more but get a safer bet.

Interesting response from Serratia and SG to my branding question.

I liked Serratia’s story but is the SG opinion more likely. If a Versarien logo could appear on a garment from a top sportswear company it would be a major coup but is it a red line? Time will tell, hopefully.

Clint

They wouldn't pay more, they would scramble like F to buy any shares if the share price were below the BIGT price.

Those short would love that 'fun'.

IMO the BIGT and PI/II shares will be at a premium to today's price and I think £1.50 is a reasonable guess as a base price as GN bought in at that. Why would PI's/II's pay more? Because when we do the raise it will be with certainty the China deal is happening, so higher price for more secure purchase.

Re the 15% it's in the news, same terms as BIGT.

A bit of stock will please the MMs they have been struggling to get any the last few days.

Hopefully it will be swift you are not left trying to get them back with no stock about (if it's decent amount).

Being that VRS is the only Verified producer it may command a small logo delicately positioned on apparel to identify the real product.

Jen, you may already thought of this. It might be worth braking the trades up into smaller lumps, rather than one big lump. As it may take a while for the transfer to go through, and you wouldn't want to be caught between two stools if good news comes out.

I am in the same boat as you needing to move from SIPP to ISA shortly just getting to terms with the details of it. 25% tax free amount etc.

Irrespective of the why, what, when, the price and to whom, the deal will represent the next step in the VRS story, we will be moving to MASS production. The first time I saw the vid in which Neill mentioned, in the first few seconds, a billion market cap I thought wow he is not joking.

In anticipation I doff my cap to the management, the scientists, the admin, the cleaners and the shareholders. We are all part of an amazing story, can't wait for the book Neill.

Thanks all. The reason I asked is that I am about to transfer shares from my, and hubby’s, SIPPs into our ISAs. VRS is our only shareholding and we have no other savings so unfortunately I will have to sell VRS in order to re-invest. I am sure the deal price will be above the current price so hopefully I can get back in before take-off ...

Harrysol – I read but didn’t digest Neill’s tweet re the 15% and offer to PIs and now I can’t find it. Did you or anyone else take a copy?
