Although not our product (carbon nanotubes) maybe we can replace them with our graphene and its a Chinese co.

Nice one Lucky

It never crossed my mind re cement plugging for oil and gas wells.

Yet we know graphene enhances the strength and reduces permeability. What the industry needed was the right GNPs.

I've done some quick reading, current plugging is an issue. It seems graphene is probably the answer.

Hi LO, glad to see you more active on this thread. The concrete research has been put forward in detail before, by Serratia I think, and it is incredibly interesting. Well, to me it is.What's your view about the fact that at around £20 a tonne, it would significantly increase the price of the material if it were to include GNPs?I'm all for it, I just struggle to understand the economics of putting GNP's into mainstream materials, where those materials rely on being cheap, and large amounts are required.

Hello folks,

When I started to look at all the rubber, polymer type materials that
Nanene could be used in it seems endless !!

Here are some:

Still very much here , still excited and still buying .

Yes I remember those days .
Oh how amazingly the graphene story and the company has moved on .

It’s great to be here on this journey .

Its like being on the orient express now when once it was the local service to Gloucester .

LuckyO fantastic research and energy as always .
Thanks for your contribution.
Always appreciated

Just threw in a few words to google and this came up as I was wondering how many are interested in graphene and polymers. In view of his interest I would think he would love to get his hands on some but probably would have already in his research but there would have been a team of them I would think.

Should be straightforward to find the others now we have one name.

Must be plenty more of them about in the oil industry!

Nanocomposites for Enhanced Oil Recovery
• Develop and synthesize polymers of varying morphology (block, statistical, etc.)
• Controled radical polymerization
• Anionic polymerization
• Characterization by dynamic light scattering, size exclusion chromatography, mass spectrometry, and NMR spectrscopy
• Polymer phase behavior at the oil / water interface

Antioxidant Carbon Nanoparticles
• Synthesis of carbon nanoparticles and subsequent attachment of functional polymers
• In vitro and in vivo testing of antioxidant efficacy
• Elucidation of antioxidant mechanism using a wide variety of materials characterization techniques
My work focused on developing and understanding the interface between graphene and various materials including small molecules and polymers.

2014 Versarien PLC Wednesday said former Chairman Jim Murray-Smith sold 14 million shares Monday.

18-26p was the price range that day.

Hey ho what's £10 mill or so between friends.

ILike

Thanks for the reminder.

I did a ??? re James too.

EDIT

Funny old game. That also mind me of the guy that had loads and sold out he was a James. Had the same amount of shares as NR I believe and left long long ago. Will it turn into an "If only" for him.

I suppose it has already but could be far more spectacular as time goes on.

Very interesting post SG, a good reminder why all long term holders are here and what an opportunity VRS for all newcomers.

Lucky - garage startups are a sign of good pedigree, Amazon, Microsoft, HP.....

It’s a shame about the low grade incursions on the board but it goes with the territory. There are many extremely helpful posters here I find useful and I hope they all remain for a while yet whilst VRS fulfills it’s potential.

This stock is amazingly easy to trade. Simply sell every time Superg1 goes all Liam Neeson, and buy again every time rainbow appears.

Gonna give it a go. ;-P

BIGT

Some from both sides, TW crew and VRS claimed holders have been suggesting a discount and know things.

It is completely false and it's done with an agenda.

The facts are VRS are seeking and premium to the current price as stated by them.

NR said "events expected before the AGM" which includes other events besides BIGT.

The money from BIGT is for a purpose, well oversubscribed as it stands. As we know the US are starting to kick into gear.

The China example is about setting the model for the roll out into other countries like India, the US, Japan and South Korea. I had heard the S Korea VRS representative is well connected.

When these big deal start to drop, the investor base will change materially as we move forward. The VRS family will just become pawns of a bigger picture, but a very happy bunch of pawns.

Rob Giles, Keith and some another early VRS holder (I forget his name) will be mortified if this goes they way I think it can.
