Just had an email from a HL saying the deal is done. It could have been too late but thankfully it wasn't. They need to sort themselves out though, it's a shoddy service. The 4 day deal was at normal online dealing charges. The one I did for the Mrs over the phone was instantaneous but 50 quid each way. Sorry if I misled.

4 days and £50 each way for Bed & ISA!? - why wait until next year to do it differently? Barclays and Lloyds give instant and cheap service.

“To verify the business model to completion” From previous RNS I had understood that the model was to license the IP to partners that would inject the finance to establish the infrastructure and working capital to allow multiple large scale locations of manufacture and distribution with long term demand. (Genius)In parallel VRS would enhance its own manufacturing capability for direct sales to clients requiring repeat large orders. Taking that to completion is no small task but I am confident the team at VRS are able to deliver. Just a question of time.

Patience here also hover :) Timescales are always variable. Eg. Us/china and uk/brexit disputes were scheduled for 1st qtr resolutions ! Now the former leaking into april plus ? And the later end of oct (or earlier). Given this macro picture, vrs has bounced off the low well to my mind. Aimo. Holding here for success. Dyor. Best ellis

I take it to mean that they could do better at attracting in more new parties but instead they are focusing on the main 5 to bring in orders and validate the buisiness.

On current form there wouldn’t seem to be too much rush: if “imminent̶1; equates to about 12 months then “first quarter” may be rather a long time so I’m trying to chill, not fret.
