Not sure what all the dilution fuss is all about. We await details. I would be quite happy to have a smaller percentage of a larger company. No dilution in wealth.

Brilliant news this morning. This just shows that Neill meant what he said when he told us this company was going to be huge. A few more such deals and that will happen in no time!

Well done The Team!

Game changing rns for Versarien and thanks to Elliss for the post showing collaboration since 2015. Long term, this is huge. No doubt the U.S, will now get its act together.

I’m watching for a reaction ‘elsewhereR17;. I’d love to say what and where but can’t.

It has only just become relevant. I wonder what reaction news like that will cause🙂

'the Company" avoids having to spell out the company's full name repeatedly throughout an announcement (which wouldn't be a problem with Versarien but can be when a company's full name is a bit of a mouthful)

If that happens, what a spoiler for nomads and the scumbags on fund raise games.

So in short China graphene industrial revolution mission, with VRS at the heart of it.

Top of the RNS says

Versarien plc
("Versarien" or the "Company")

Any reference to "Company" in the RNS is Versarien, not the subsidiary.

It's a legal thing to make documents more difficult to read ;-)

It will be done in stages, but it will mean a dilution for the rest of us (unavoidable but factories need paying for and let's be frank without them nothing happens). There should hopefully be confirmation of serious orders before new shares get issued to generate the funding for manufacturing though. The whole thing looks very well planned and that's only based on the limited bits I can see.

Morning Folks,

Well as a natural worrier this is what my thoughts are:

1. Why the phrase 'the Company' used? They could have said simply 'Versarien'!

2. Most people seem to have concluded 'the Company' by inferance - we need
clarification on this for sure.

3. That existing share holders can invest in 'the Company' would this be possible
if it was the subsidiary in China they refer to as 'the Company' from share
holders point of view as well as any new China govement thinking?

4. Have they already set the 'buy in' price?

5. Will this really discourage IP theft?

6. So will similar idea happen in US subsidiary?

7. Lastly, I am probably 'all in' hear so this will dilute my and a lot of other
peoples holdings.
I guess / hope it put's well more than 15% on the share price and kicks of cash flow
with the manufacturing sooner so maybe no bad thing.

8. Return of profits to UK from China??
9. Effects to deter take over bids??

We need Brexit now badly so our govt can take a golden share in vrs. EU doesn't allow it. So for the sake of vrs and to prevent it's theft by Softbank or whoever, vote for Brexit! Haha
