Switzerland allows free movement of people and has any number of agreements with the EU which depend completely on it. It is also in the Schengen area. You won't be stopped at the border. Shows how even now there is so much crass ignorance (teepee?)
Further, goods ARE checked at the border as it is NOT a member of the customs union.

MJ10 I am thinking of adding some tomorrow coz I can see the share price erupting with all the stuff bubbling under that will soon surface.

Not quite the mixed metaphor it seems if you visualize an underwater volcano.

That is a concern and I think some on the other thread don't seem to be accepting that view

The problem is that people are having to vote on whether to cut off a leg or an arm.The real problem is that if they don't someone else will come along and cut off their head.
Of course there are some who would cut off their own heads and everyone else's with it.

volsung,
This thread setup by Teepee is far better imo.

Confident enough not to be afraid of a challenging post unlike the sheep in the other field

I was going to propose a vote on whether we vote or not.

Then a vote on whether the vote or not to vote should have been done in the first place.

Then a vote on whether the first vote and corresponding 'should we have had a vote or not' was a waste of time.

If inconclusive, do it all again until we can be completely sure we are getting nowhere at all.

Then we can just stick some amendments in or claimed amendments and do it all again.

I was waiting until Neill said it was ok to do so and then was called away from the computer.
No ulterior motives .

Thank you. At least someone has the desire to explain the situation rather than moderating the conversation and trying to sweep the situation under the carpet. So there was an accusation against him which has now been proven to be false and thrown out of court?
