02/3/2019 09:20 | Super Gwood1, Did you not read my post 62260 ? It explains why Warwick Left Talga. Mark T apparently lied to Warwick around April 2015, these research reports and promotion happened prior to fall out in Feb and March 2015, will should note in the 12 months that it took WG to sell out of Talga, there was no promotion from either FEC or Cannacord If someone breaks your trust, why would you keep your investment in that company ? For a ex police officer, I cannot believe how you do not check facts? I thought you would be all over the defamation laws. you are breaching the law, | ![]() spid81

02/3/2019 09:07 | So He bought Talga in early 2015 pumped in vis the media and tip sheets saying it was a billion dollar stock and he had been spending a year researching it. The share price doubled. JUST 5 MONTHS LATER The Sydney-based resources analyst who runs Far East Capital made headlines in Australian newspapers earlier this year when he proclaimed that he was putting his money where his mouth was and investing a large chunk of his own cash into Talga Resources (ASX:TLG) because of its single-step graphene process. Now his has picked out another Australian company, MRL Corporation (ASX:MRF) and – again – invested his own money. He says there is room for both in an investor’s portfolio as they are operating in different fields. In a tip sheet some time later I was once the second largest shareholder in Talga, but sold out in favour of what I saw as a better business proposition. It gets worse ONE MONTH after Warwick does his media bit about Talga being a billion dollar stock, Talga stuck out ASX news to investors about note on them by Cannacord Genuity Australia. The executive chairman of Cannacord Genuity at the time was a guy called WARWICK GRIGOR. ASX news again in September re a research note by the Grigor outfit. There is no doubt a lot more to find but in short Warwick Grigor sold his entire position in Talga having been pumping it via Far East capital, the media and notes out by his own outfit which were out in ASX announcements. He probably made some on it due to the share price doubling in his buying period but the good news is when he left the share price took off. | ![]() superg1
02/3/2019 09:04 | "Investing" is subject to human behaviour. Most people haven't the inclination or ability to do proper reading on a subject so they rely on "gurus" and tip-sheets to lead them. Same as in world news etc. especially today when news is manipulated to suit activist's policies. One has to keep an objective mind at all times and question everything fed to you otherwise you're just a pawn. This way you can take advantage of the herd-like behaviour on the stock-market, fuelled by misinformation. | ![]() zagrosfold

02/3/2019 08:39 | There is probably too much chat on here regarding FGR but we have Spid to thank for that!! The fundamental difference between VRS and First Graphene is one is a bottom up company and the other top down. FGR was created as a result of a mining analyst picking up on the fact graphene is the future and so he backed a high purity graphite producing company Sri Lanka. VRS is very much a high tech engineering company that was bought in to the fold by the major graphene researching Universities in the UK to take it from the lab to industry. For me the FGR business model is flawed but will explain more when I have time. | ![]() chillpill
02/3/2019 08:34 | Lucky If we said graphene was black spoil would say FGR graphene has green stripes which is better. The facts seem to be is that Warwick Grigor seems to be in the business of pump and dump. He was previously a broker which tells it's own story. EG as in new some time back (2015) in the relevant media Veteran stockpicker Warwick Grigor bets big on graphene. He now owns an 8.3 per cent stake in Talga worth $3.4 million at Friday’s closing price, and he confirmed to The Australian the interest is his single biggest investment holding. “Talga to me is potentially a billion-dollar stock,” Mr Grigor said. “Talga will be able to produce graphene for nominal cost, only 5-10 per cent of the cost everyone else has to pay,” he said. He then stuck out a tip sheet saying how good Talga is. In 6 weeks from the end of December and his pumping, the share price doubled. Look what he said “The penny hasn’t dropped because people don’t understand, but I’ve spent the past year studying all this and there’s nothing like it. It’s unique.” Yet my sources tell me he spends 6 months of the year at his skiing lodge. Just thought I'd add that in. | ![]() superg1

02/3/2019 07:17 | Morning Harry, Can you please point to any of my posts where I have attacked Neill Ricketts ? Neill backs up many of my claims i have made on this thread, i.e VRS needing REACH approval to sell Graphene in Europe / UK. NR didn't disclose that VRS needs to join the REACH Graphene consortium. No free rides with Graphene / Nanomaterials. That the price of Nanene will be set by VRS's peers. i.e a commodity price. Confirmed that I was correct with the MOU's, these larger deals will move to a Letter of Intent, as they currently stand they are not binding. I am all up for people attacking different companies products, process, IP, ect. I do not tolerate what SuperG1 has been saying about WG when clearly he has no idea of the situation. I cannot believe you support this. Hey whats wrong with supporting a liar if your making money from it. Says plenty about you Harry. | ![]() spid81
02/3/2019 06:57 | BISH04 Castleford Tiger, 20p profit for two days is great, but where do you go from here? There is nowhere else I would rather have my money than VRS right now. A small top up yesterday, 1000 @ 77.9p, and I now hold more VRS shares than ever before. It'll take way more than £5 to make me want to sell my holding. I AM hoping there will be another chance as so many PI are in this it will move fast in both directions. Been in too many that failed to deliver that if i can make 30% in a week and repeat several times i can achieve same goal. good luck tiger | ![]() castleford tiger
02/3/2019 06:39 | Morning spid - another useless post from you on this BB. You state that your sick and tired of superg attacking WG. All you do is attack VRS and Neill Ricketts. Pot-kettle-black. I am sick and tired of reading your constant attacks on VRS. You don't hold VRS shares. Why are you here! Go away! Why aren't you on the Disney OR FGR BB's!! That's where you belong. You mishmash snipets of info and present them as facts. You are nothing but a scaremongerer. You have the goal of smashing the VRS share price. Go away! | harrysol
02/3/2019 02:13 | Superg1, I am a little sick of you attacking WG, I have heard the following and it checks out with all of the ASX announcements regarding Talga & Warwick Grigor departure. WG increased his shareholding from 7.26 - 8.30 % on the 29th Jan 2015 He Then raised $5.5mil AUD for Talga, A few weeks later Mark Thompson (MT) then provided a renewal of his managing director role. which increase is salary and granted himself options, 10th April A notice for a EGM was called on the 3rd July to formalise this new remuneration. Resolution 3 & 4 This was the first that WG had heard about the MT wanting a pay rise and more options, apparently WG contacted the board of Talga to ask what was going on, they said they supported MT with the pay rise as MT had told them that WG was okay with it. Obviously WG wasn't impressed, and did what he thought was reasonable by getting these resolutions pulled, I believe WG copped some backlash by the investors who recently took part in the CR. On the 23rd of July, Resolutions 3&4 were then pulled from the EGM. Talga then called for a AGM where MT asked for more shares and options after MT told the board that WG supported the pay rise and bonus options, when WG clearly had no idea, lead to WG not being able to trust MT. Which is understandable as he lied to the board - what else would he be willing to lie about. During this period WG started selling out of Talga in May 2015, it took him a extremely long time to sell his holding due to his significant holding. Going by the Annual reports and change of substantial shareholder notices, it was about 12 months for him to exit fully. If you continue the defamation of WG, I will forward your details to WG, I suggest you delete your posts, | ![]() spid81
02/3/2019 01:35 | Great detective work SuperG its like you never left the force. I am so glad that you are now promoting FGR on the Versarien thread, Its a very positive forecast for First Graphene, growing sales book for 2019 - 2020, After securing its first sales contract with newGen for the polymer liner that requires atleast 2t during 2019, Selling Graphene to the UoM / GEIC as the product was much better than the previous supplier. Then having an additional 10-20 customers to the point of commercial sales, that will require between 1-10tpa each. Its a pretty good confirmation of product? Just think if FlexeGRAPH can get its EV cooling into Tesla, Volvo, BMW ect, that market should require some significant amounts of graphene to cool the EV boom. You might want to watch FlexeGRAPH's quick video. 40% increase in EV cooling, which provides faster charging and more range. | ![]() spid81
01/3/2019 23:52 | Ashezhi, you are correct. The delightful Hattie and RatPat double team, fresh from their tete a tete on the private chat room, feel the need to come on here and defend each other. No one defends me, I'm not weak enough to need it.Ratpat is a gloater. Bragging about his fat pension, and boasting about his lump sum.Yet he sold shedloads of shares higher up when he was encouraging others to buy.... how deceptive and immoral? Then he proceeds to ramp again, to try and boost the value of the few he has not sold. Pathetic, you can't trust anyone on these boards.SuperG hates corruption, I hate gloaters.... with a passion.Pride always comes before a fall Ratpat, so I'd remember that if I were you. | ![]() festario
01/3/2019 23:00 | That note by Warwick and Far East Capital should never have been written - so conflicted despite being covered in caveats and disclaimers. I see FGR have a new broker with Far East as adviser so I expect we’ll be the beneficiaries of more independent research from down under.....;) AIMHO etc | lovat scout
