Castleford Tiger, 20p profit for two days is great, but where do you go from here? There is nowhere else I would rather have my money than VRS right now.

A small top up yesterday, 1000 @ 77.9p, and I now hold more VRS shares than ever before. It'll take way more than £5 to make me want to sell my holding.

SC It was part of his far east capital news sheet. When I saw it I thought it incredible that someone associated with the company was allowed to publish something like that. It is a disgrace.

Superg, I googled the phrase "The most likely scenario for FGR a year or two out is that it will have 10-20 customers (or maybe more) who want 1,000-2,000 kg of graphene p.a. Some will want more, perhaps 5,000-10,000 kg p.a"

I clicked on the link and had a good chuckle.

johnveals, yes he does :)

Ratpat, you are so dishonest it's beyond belief. You talk about tucking these shares away for 2 years, you castigated others for selling, and brag about the faith you have shown in the company.Yet you boasted two days ago about how you had sold the majority of your holding much higher up... and now had a free ride. Some faith eh? Some of us are all in here. You are part of the problem we have seen.

Fair play Tiger! A profit is a profit, but the web is full of people who were happy selling ASOS for a few pence profit. Kicked themselves afterwards.

Come on Spid tell everyone who the analyst is.

The analyst that said the exfoliation process is available to all. All and sundry can use it, no special tricks. That explains why FGR put out a detailed video giving all the details away it's common and can be used by anyone, nothing to hide.

BTW all Talga have to do is use vein graphite not what they are currently using and they presto they are in the same position as First graphene as the world's leading graphene company.

An analyst has openly pointed that out and there can be no mistake about it.

Have you worked out who the analyst is yet.

Just getting this bit out there re what the 'analyst' said.

Electrochemical exfoliation is not a patentable process, so disregard statements by any company that says otherwise. Yes, there may be some aspects to which you can attach proprietary rights, but the actual process is available to all and sundry.

FGR

I'll keep going, I think some need further education about the deceit in play.

Electrical exfoliation of graphite has been known for some time and it can't be patented, it doesn't really change much for this that use it. You can patent some parts of if but that doesn't bring home the results.

So if VRS wanted to do that they can, they can do what FGR do but they are not interested. Any company out there can, unrestricted. Talga use that method BTW it's nothing new for graphite/graphene.

FGR

I have been chuckling at some comments by an analyst that has covered FGR.

Here are some comments, I do like the word perhaps. No looking but would anyone like to take a guess at who the analyst is. You may get a shock BTW.

Perhaps the analyst with such useless comments helped the Aim and funds who told FGR to Foxtrot Oscar.

There is a disclosure at the bottom

'do not accept liability for the results of any action taken on the basis of information provided or for any errors or omissions contained therein.'

The fun bit

The most likely scenario for FGR a year or two out is that it will have 10-20 customers (or maybe more) who want 1,000-2,000 kg of graphene p.a. Some will want more, perhaps 5,000-10,000 kg p.a.

If we go mid range for the 10-20 that's 22.5 tonnes, if we assume 1/3rd of them will want 7.5 tonnes it's 52.5 tonnes.

Could be in a year, could be in 2. :-) We'll see.

The 7 March meeting came from left field at relatively short notice and it is unusual for such meetings to be held in London. I wonder if that morning is the planned launch day for the AECOM deal. Wholly speculative but you never know!

To see selling this afternoon under £1, after Neill had posted his AECOM happening Tweet as quite remarkable. It goes to show though that there are always people out there who will enable the rest of us to make money. The Buffet transfer from the impatient to the patient!!

Talking of fences, Becher's Brook is named after jockey Becher, who fell at this fence and hid in the brook to avoid injury from the horses still jumping, he said after his ordeal that he had not known how "dreadful water tastes without whisky in it". Had plenty of the good stuff myself over the past couple of days to help ease the pain of my dwindling portfolio, happy days...
