Could be anything. Doesn't mean it's negative for Vrs.

1teepee - I would turn that around and ask: if it wasn't the product that caused one or more engagements to fail, what was it? Confidence in mgmt? Confidence in the business plan? Confidence in VRS's ability to scale? Kerr's slide begs more questions than it answers.

btw Timbo

I'm happy to work with you and give you an idea what has been going on.

I very early stated Haydale needed cash and that Arden would kill the share price at mates rate. They will imo have told a few too who may have gone short.

Look what has happened.

I know you are just a misled PI and nothing to do with those scumbags. Scumbags take priority over silly PI spats.

A golden opportunity if you knew what I know.

Megan. Absolutely NO fund raise for VRS needed. However look at what happened just before the 145p placing last year when Versarien raised money to buy Gnanomat. Absolutely despicable shorting and I would humbly suggest criminal by a few. Nothing done. Look at Haydale today, if correct heavily discounte placing being done.

I hear that 65 people are working in the market surveillance division of the FCA. What are they surveying? The views outside their windows? The empty wine bottles in the bars after the few corrupt and criminal individuals have drunk their champagne? They must be having a laugh and I as a taxpayer am paying for incompetence

I had sold a few shares during the drop from 180 to 100, because I was nervous and had doubts. Bought them all back (and more as they were cheaper) around 110-130 mark. I haven't sold a single share this time around, even though it is obviously more depressing to see us back in the 80s. Because having read and digested the RNSs and seen other related information in the public domain, plus having met Neill on three occasions and the rest of the team in GEIC rid me of the majority of my doubts. Of course nothing is certain in life but I truly believe in VRS taking us to where we'd like to be, and soon. We had been saying 2019 looks promising to be THE year for us, we're only 50 days in! Beware the crooks people! Especially those in the shape and disguise of LTHs!!

Timbo

This is what warned you about. I know more about Arden than I have let on I told you they would same the porch down and let mates know prior.

I had already made the allegation to FCA re prior behaviour and who they tell.

I keep telling folk many are so complacent they make stupid mistakes.

So if it helps you Timbo I will name who I had mentioned to the FCA re serious allegations.

Imo it would now be impossible to ignore what I have said previously based on the Haydale circs which leaked out and same bunch shorting it.

I may even call Arden to. About time that company was destroyed imo.

Hi phoenix yes agree with all of that. Would just emphasise though ... just in case is misread ... that NO fundraising is required or expected here with several years cash in hand.

OT - I see Haydale have confirmed they are seeking to raise funds as anticipated by SG. I'd much rather be in VRSs position!

Hsydale

Good old Arden leaking it to mates and probably shorting it, and you guys wonder why VRS dumped Arden.

The Company confirms that it is currently conducting market soundings with potential institutional investors and that any such equity placing is expected to be carried out at a material discount to yesterday's closing price.

Whilst driving to work yesterday I got thinking about graphene applications in cars / vehicles. A coating of graphene applied to the windscreen and windows would allow several things - as an extremely sensitive sensor it would be able to control the windscreen wipers, its heating capability would clear snow, ice or misted windows. Also as graphene can be lit selectivity it could act as a HUD anywhere around the vehicle giving information to passengers as well as the driver. All with the bonus of strengthening and lightweighting. GLA
