Thanks, grabster.

I like the domain name: "Send in Blue"; sort of what we want.

VRS have been dealing with large companies eg AECOM, Chinese provinces, ambassadors, senior government officials and now Fullerex, TWO brothers with a LTD company. I am a LTH but this is starting to raise some alarm bells. With VRS being known for their products, why are these guys needed? Can anyone get a positive spin on this agreement?

VRS: Why is it valued at this ridiculous price in the first place?
Small revenue, small assets, small profit...
Next stop 55p.

Financial Highlights

Revenue, £5.22 million

Loss before tax remained stable at £0.78 million (H1 2017: £0.77 million) after increased investment in the graphene businesses

Cash of £6.07 million at 30 September 2018 (30 September 2017: £0.35 million) following successful fundraising of £5.15 million gross in September 2018

Net assets increased to £12.32 million (30 September 2017: £5.72 million)

154,000,000 shares x 86p = £32,000,000 WHY?

THIS IS LUDICROUS, LOL

Those of us who have been around since SG1 started the other thread have seen this - and worst - before. I clearly remember us going from around 10p to up to the 30s and then all the way back down again. Different funds have sold part or all their holdings over the past 3 years and for different reasons - and I've found nothing in respect of VRS's prospects per se as the reason. Fund redemptions and fund re-adjustments due to fund technicalities have been the main reasons from what I can work out.

As for today's shenanigans - and to those responsible - I have only one thing to say in respect of the holding of my shares - and it is the same response as the Spartan King Leonidas said to the Persians who asked him and his soldiers to lay down their arms -

Gosh, remember when the cry every morning was "get the market open"! Nothing has changed guys. Nobody at VRS is conning anybody, we all know the prospects here are unbelievable and we will bounce back. Time, patience and the phlegm to ignore the deplorables endeavouring to induce panic is all that is required. Tomorrow is another day. All will be well.

Nipped a few just before the bell myself. The sort of players that VRS are collaborating with means that patience is needed for the deals to come through. But VRS are well funded and so I can wait because the prize will be worth waiting for.

Great post Megan; our savoury snack dweeb will get his just desserts in due course; in the meantime it is not worth letting his mindless drivel get under our collective skins. I would say good luck all lth's, but luck doesn't come into it where such a great company is concerned!
