Statement from Versarien PLC CEO - Neill Ricketts

It has been a busy period since December. Below are the highlights of recent news and announcements:

I am delighted to provide an update regarding the Company's activities in the People's Republic of China. Versarien has achieved positive progress in negotiating more specific terms with its various Chinese collaborators and has also signed an additional MOU with another of China's Fortune 500 building materials companies. Our various current Chinese partners have agreed to progress the use of Versarien's graphene powders and inks for applications such as : Winter sports equipment specifically targeted at the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, thermally conductive synthetic materials and graphene-enhanced smart wearable devices. I am pleased to also confirm the quality of its Nanene graphene nano platelets has been satisfactorily tested by the Chinese National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre (NGSIC) in Wuxi. Since entering into these relationships in the later part of last year the rate of progress has been impressive and we are now at the stage where we have defined work programmes with a number of the partners.

The Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with a large state-owned Chinese Aerospace Company. The MOU details the parties desire to collaborate and ultimately enter into a strategic cooperation covering research, development and manufacturing in order to accelerate the industrialisation and market for graphene and other Versarien 2D materials, including Hexotene, in the Chinese aerospace sector. I would like to thank both the Chinese and UK governments for the support and assistance they are providing.

Following the June 2018 announcement of Versarien’s tier 1 membership with the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre (GEIC), the Company hosted an Investor Site Visit at the GEIC on January 23rd 2019. Investors were given the rare opportunity to tour the facility, along with strategy update presentations from Senior Management and a Q+A session. I am very happy to give notice of the positive feedback received following the event, we thank all Versarien Investors that attended on the day.

I am very pleased to announce that Versarien has entered into a Consultancy Agreement with Fullerex Ltd, a leading global independent broker of nanomaterials and nano-intermediates. Versarien and Fullerex will be working together on existing customer engagements in specified sectors where their experience will assist in the commercialisation process. Fullerex will also work closely with Versarien’s existing support network, including DiT secondees and the Catapult centres. Fullerex are well positioned to accelerate the incorporation of Nanene and Hexotene into several important application areas and the relevant markets.

Club you are a pretty nasty little man. You are now pretty much gloating as the price falls. I can only surmise you are profiting from the falls as I am sure several others are ... several making 1st appearances here over last few days. Many others are probably hurting badly ... in reality suspect you don't care. If you truly have won a mega web contract recently I do hope for your sake that your employer or client does not pick up just what kind of person you are through your posting history. While I am at it I think you are now crossing a very dangerous legal line with your remarks about NR. He is a strong character and your remarks will be water off a ducks back to him but I would tread carefully or you could end up explaining your libellous remarks somewhere other than a bulletin board. Sleep well.Aside from that at some point this will turn and you know what ... the company will be just as good a company then as is now and was last week, last month and last year. A company with an exceptional management team and big vision for the future.

I guess margined long are getting taken out. Solid support is at 60p.

I think after 2 years of nonsense since the China Graphene Park, alot of people have smelt the coffee.

The share price is in free fall .Any good news is not going to double the share price overnight.Neill you can forget those options awarded anytime soon.But must give it to you for getting Joe public to take up the rights with minimal fuss. I am coming to think that this is not the next best thing to sliced bread.

I'm going nowhere. The only person who should be fired is Ricketts. You should read some of the conspiracy theories flying around by email...
