We are doing ok without Warwick thank you. Nice and steady please, I am getting too old for all this volatility. Good business sound prospects and this will be reflected in the share price over the next 12 months and after.

stig - it's not news they need, it's orders. Don't confuse cause and effect.

Love to post on this site and get two tick downs straight away. Keep it coming lads.
Only thing worse than being ticked down is not being ticked down.

Do you guys know what the RNS-NON system is ?
the stigologist
24/10/2017
11:38
Richie in your example you posit just A and B companies

Versarien claim hundreds of companies interested so it's perfectly possible to announce something somewhere that is what the RNS-NON system is for

Just imagine it, there you are with various companies - some very well known but who have naturally asked for confidentiality - and the potential orders that may come from these prospects could pull you in different directions. You want to remain focused and refuse to be jack of all trades.

You really want a large order from A, but B is offering you a good deal as well and so you are sitting tight holding out for a better offer from your preferred customer.

Then a voice in your ear: "get some news out"

The last thing you want to do is put this out into the public domain while the parties are still jostling and where large clients can be guessed

fwit I'd rather wait rather than force a premature tail-wag-dog RNS

There needs to be some understanding from Versarien that news isn't just about feeding investors it needs to be tied in with business momentum and then hopefully both get driven at the same time and feed off each other.

e.g. US companies because they are more entwined with 'equity culture' will be interested in how your stock price is doing. Whether we like it or not it is regarded as a corporate virility symbol. People like associating with success.

We need news... to create interest... to bring volume... to drive a rise.

Interims were out at the end of November last year.

re news, NR has repeatedly stated that new will be released as and when there is news which we have been told is in the weeks and months ahead.

The Stig, no doubt NR is aware.
I'm expecting an update

That 15p placing price level is a key psychological level so key moments on the technical front here.

If Versarien have any sense they will now build on momentum ahead of the Graphene Conference next week by putting some news out.

If the fundamentals of the company are solid, growth forecast are sound, then charts can be a useful tool for getting invested at the right price and time.

ie those that bought at 27p. ive know doubt we will surpass that price. However charts would have told you it was not the ideal time to buy.

john henry. No offence intended but charts for AIM companies mean nothing to me. The share price will be news driven and the chart will only give historical information. I am in this for the long term, short term fluctuations are immaterial for my investment. The charts do not tell me that this may well be a multi bagger which IMHO I believe that VRS will be.

You have level 3 then Phoenixs, Price currently pushing against the 50 EMA. break above would be bullish.
Chart recovery looking very good.

Excellent post Superg. I do not understand why anyone could doubt the fact that VRS are at the forefront of graphene technology and the subsequent commercial development of both graphene and its associated products.

Mclaren chose VRS graphene. The CPI chose VRS graphene which is a good hint of things to come.
