Moving on.

Has Tungshu been mentioned.

They got a heavy mention yesterday. A realisation by them that the graphene they have been using is junk and they are keen to crack on with quality from VRS. I think it was adits Tungshu already have 'graphene' enhanced products launched.

So I think Tongshu will go along nicely and could well be significant.

Didn't someone say Roberto mentioned they had tried 50 graphene samples that were no good.

As per WMG what they found that worked is few layer graphene. Other stuff they tried failed in the charge and discharge process. Hence they called the few layer graphene girders.

It's a cycle 100's then 1000's jumped on board chucking out graphite as graphene. 1000's of disappointing test results later by end they now know what they need.

The beginnings of the S curve with the spotlight starting to turn towards VRS.

BTW a few funds seem to be appearing having a look and some starting to have a tickle.

Are you recovered yet from throwing those toys about? Would have expected much more from someone as knowledgeable as you. I know you are addicted to prescription medications, did you forget a dose and get cranky? Are you ok now?

"Elon Musk's behaviour, taking a puff of a joint on a radio show" - Zagro

I don't really see NR on Vox Markets with a spliff, but, more importantly, is it the right medium?

Catching up with all your brilliant GEIC posts while stopping half way down France; very sorry to have missed the chance of joining you all. Our partially electric journey is great fun, although overall motorway cruising at speed is thirstier than I had hoped, as pure electric range is only about 17 miles. Bring on the Gnano solid state batteries!

I think Neill and VRS can act however they like seeing as they're the world leaders. Why follow "city" protocol? Neill has said they're determined to do things differently and I for one love the way they go about things. 2 fingers up to the establishment. Look at Elon Musk's behaviour, taking a puff of a joint on a radio show. We need more of these rebels! When you have what everyone wants you have total freedom, they're not beholden to anyone and very determined to stay that way. Go VRS!!!

Thanks for your post LAGINANEIL..........

I started in broking/company floations and then left the City to run 2 PLC both quoted but now just look after the families investments. I surpose I do have some capabilities but do make mistakes from time to time.

I first spotted VRS back in mid 2017 and with about 10 others we built a stake and then with a connection or two started to understand the stuff with Prof Farreri in the background........wont go on but Berlin in April 2018 was an eye opener and as I mentioned may go back this year.

If VRS wants to be a big world wide Graphene business then it needs to act in a way that attracts other world wide businesses that need the new "stuff". Therefore banter on Twitter which recently seemed to attract trolls and terrible exchanges from bears etc has to stop. That is not to say that quarterly updates can not be given either online or on the website..........there are many developed ideas coming along which were not available in my distant days.

Whatever the Board says VRS will need capital to develop......surpose the Chinese air company wants huge quantities and other western ones ask for the same you have to ask the question where will the capital come from to expand.

I go back to my days when assets such as freehold property were used and as such equity was not given away. VRS has no assets and is building up its cash flow and has a bank which discounts its invoices.....OK but there will come a time when they say its too big or have some other excuse and so VRS will have to seek alternative funds.

NOW I am not making a case for this company not to succeed but its my way of looking at all the options if this company is to grow quickly and have a first advantage over so called competitors.

I was unable to come yesterday but having met with most of the team in the past year I am so pleased that the progress they have made is wonderful. Lets hope it does not go to their head.

I have added again to my holding and my broker (a live person with a telephone and 10 dealing screens is unable to throw any light on who sells blocks of 20/25K on the market..........it would be good news for SUPERG and others if we could find out......the brokers are useless and recently lost a mandate from a gold mine friend..........

Hope all this helps as VRS is going to make the BIG break through this year.

Well the conversation I had with Roberto was based on me trying to find out why Gnanomat had chosen VRS amongst all the others and I didn't catch all of what he said as he's a quietly spoken man but I was very happy when he said that vrs' graphene was "the only one that worked" so to have that confirmed by him meant mission accomplished as far I was concerned. It's obvious that vrs has the best stuff and there doesn't seem to be any competition at the cutting edge of graphene applications.

Just worked through all the excellent GEIC feedback. Thanks to all, especially re the substantial reports but brief items and snippets also very valuable to fit in and clarify.

From the whole lot, for me the standout item was first highlighted by Scrutable, then just one or two other mentions: Roberto's statement that they had tried 50 "other graphenes" before finding Nanene. So much in a short sentence!

Hayd

I'm going to mention it again as I struggling to understand the logic of something recent re cash. Other 'factors' add fuel to the fire of cash burn has increased.

Shared to see if anyone can make sense of it.

cash YE June 30th 2018 £5m

Cash burn losses £6 mill per. Other admin expenses of near £9 mill causing that.

So £450k-£500k per month burn rate. If the first are the same up to January on cash burn they had £3 mill cash BUT the revenue included £800k for grants. Not knowing if they had nay I've discounted that to get to £2 mill.

Either way why would the need a £750k loan at 11% from the bank of Wales which they intend to start drawing down this month for working capital. A secured loan repayable by April 2020.

So does Nadine get my point. WHY (if you had £2m to £3m in the bank in January) would you draw down on a £750k loan and start the draw down in January.

It doesn't make business sense on the finances. What has happened to the £2m to £3m.

In the finance news we learn that Ray who was kicked off CEO then doesn't stand to remain on the BOD, another founder of Haydale steps down too.

Ray sells some shares.

It really does not look good and fits with rumblings I get to hear.

I suspect if s certain contact lands near term which I suspect not will then you will be well pleased with yourself.

It's fine looking at prices and thinking will it go lower but as stated it seems the 60 million of supply over the last 18 months is near it's end.

PIs sell on drops and buy on rises, not you it seems.
