I tried posting in sections but didn't work either. May be the bullets/formatting. Happy to forward on and if someone can manage to get it to post then great.

MoneySquirrel, I am very interested in what you have to say about today's event.

Could you post it in chunks? (i.e. Part 1, Part 2, etc...)

Really glad you lot have had a lovely day in my home city. Sorry I couldn't join you but I've just got too much on at work and at home. Very glad to hear things are going well and thanks Superg1 for posting the slides, which I will enjoy now with a bowl of oats. If this dips again tomorrow I may well take a few more off Miton's hands for them, the chumps. PS Moneysquirrel check your PMs.`

"Off out again to Asia tomorrow certainly sounds encouraging, especially as Chris is going too, I believe he possesses a suitable pen ;0)"

Spike, exactly as I see it too!

WRT NDA's:

serratia mentioned these earlier. I don't know if Neill mentioned these at the morning meeting and indeed if everyone at the afternoon session picked up on this but I got the feeling that we PIs were being gently told off. For those that didn't hear or weren't there we were asked not to make public something which is not in the public domain. I believe he said that the company had lost business because they had a Non Disclosure Agreement with a client. Apparently information was posted after being discovered by a PI or PIs which should have been confidential. The client assumed that the leak had come from the company and business was lost. Please be careful what you post and if you find info which may be sensitive please run it past the company first. I believe sg1 has mentioned this before.

Re TFC:

Festario said that he bet that TFC wasn't really fat. Today he sat next to me, this made him look positively sticklike.

Finally thanks to all who have posted about today's sessions

TFC, thanks for that, maybe I misunderstood, I wasn't aware that companies do that, I would have thought that they would want a finger in our pie in return. That's even better! :-)

Edit : Just seen super's post, seems he understood it the way I did...

Yes Woody re majors enaged with taking a stake.

If the launch a product then need continuity of supply and security of the supply chain. The way they can assist that is provide cash needed taking a stake in the company. Thus adding security to their supply chain.

Chris talked about and as they have 5 years of cash no need to take such offers if there at this time.

Thanks to Woody for an accurate summary of today’s presentation.
I can only add a short note of clarification. When Neill was talking about customers becoming involved, I interpreted his words slightly differently. He was saying that big Co’s need guaranteed supply lines, and if they require a quantity that is more than VRS can currently deliver, then they may wish to get involved. Not through equity, but by financing the purchase of a machine to allow VRS to deliver the product. So a win win scenario, saving us finance costs and giving the customer faith that VRS have capacity to deliver to their timescales and quantities.
Thanks to all for a great day. Never before have I had a beer with the CEO in the pub afterwards! Thanks Neill.
We’re in safe hands. Sit back and enjoy the journey.

Presumably owenga, or at least that's what I 'heard'.They definitely said that the latest SOW was 115kgs and I think I'm right when I say I remember Neill being asked on twitter about the 200kg due at beginning of Jan and he confirmed that that had gone.

I asked David to confirm the 2nd AECOM SOW (purchase order) quantity and he said this was 115kg, therefore a total 165kg. If I am mistaken in this then I am very confused?

Lucky orange,

You are right about the charts, they don’t lie and are without emotion, they show we are really going nowhere, 115/130p band, tough resistance @ 130p, still trying to break that. Really need strong news flow to get the share price out of the mud. Fingers x’d

So what you are saying is that they need more than 300kgs to make 5 arches, so say 60kgs per arch?

I had a great day . Met some of the stars ie SuperG and others but for me the only potential problem is the IP. As far as I am concerned China can take as long as it likes because the IP is at risk with any deal !! I do think the Board of Directors are doing the right things, they are concentrating on 5 potential deals which are the ones that could generate ORDERS. They are quite correct IMHO. VRS are obviously the number ONE in the world as far as GRAPHENE is concerned but the trick is to make the huge profits from it, rather than some other entity. As far as I am concerned they are doing all the right things and we have a great management team. A bit of a muddled post but I had a few in the pub afterwards !!!

The extra 115kg order SOW.

That was an additional amount identified as required by the partner/s to complete the 5 product samples for the testing IE the ISO related tests.
