Seems to me a very successful investors day all told. A view from inside geic. Think how busy the centre will become - part of the manchester hub. Also the macro and micro broadened for investors. Re the macro - The david kerr presentation and pdf gives a glimpse of the engagement vrs has with firms from what was known before. And lays out the products/sectors opportunities it has. At the micro - vrs is focussed upon 5 firms where signicant orders could be realised. Thus, the bigger picture revealed and detail filled in - defining the roadmap for investors and moving the game along from the agm. How the company will be scaled up to meet orders will come out when appropriate, but given the level of advice and support they have, not least from uk gov, i'm sure it will be carefully thought through and at minimal risk to the company and shareholders interests - organic growth being reported. Being consistent with m.o. of the company to my mind, derisking as it goes along. Confident of good progress here in 2019 and in neill and co in continuing to deliver. Aimo. Glalth. Best ellis

Spike.

It’s 2+2+2+2+2=? from 5 different web sources. 2 of those were taken down.

DaveMac re your 57498:

Have AECOM announced arches?

Whilst I'm not aware that they have been 'announced' as such yet, they have put the arch in the public domain: 3:44 mins in, but whole vid worth watching as it gives just a glimpse of how involved Aecom are in may facets of UK construction / infrastructure.

Best wishes - Spike

Yes Festario,
It must be the lowest volume day for some months now. Everyone must have had half day holiday, January blues...

small amounts of reconciliation and compromise, on every level, for the greater good - God, I never thought I would hear myself say that!!

Couldn't resist, bought a few... I'm not the only one it seems, very low volume though.I bet Neill is disappointed in the volumes, I reckon a large part of this week's GEIC meeting was to encourage people to buy more shares. That's usually the primary motivation behind investor events.
