08/1/2019 15:09 | Bego are the lead on the bid now so or me it means the large lump they got has gone. Just a case of keeping an eye on them, it will be easy to spot if the supplier hands over another lump to them. | superg1
08/1/2019 15:00 | Great Find from me too Woody. Well done | ridicule

08/1/2019 14:38 | STEADY Bego have gone onto the bid. Been down this road before with Singer. They may be off to knock on the door or that could be it. We'll see if they come back onto the offer. | superg1
08/1/2019 14:37 | Rid As and when I can add more re the current insti position circs I will. For now I have no further info. All I can do is try to work it out based on the history and circumstances of the funds. What I do know is a fund manager is only good on their promises for a few seconds after they have said it. In short never ever trust what a fund manager says. They have one thing in mind and that is how to make more money than you. If that means telling you one thing to make it better for them, then they will do that. So based on the November selling by Miton (over 500k) and the circs around their VRS invested funds, then yes there is a fair chance this sell off is Miton related. | superg1
08/1/2019 14:34 | Oi oi - has the share price finally woken up today!!! | cheek212
08/1/2019 14:32 | Big article on VRS on page 101 of the Biz Innovation Magazine just out.. "American infrastructure engineering firm AECOM has also placed its first order for compounded material as part of a large UK transportation project. Neill refused to be drawn on the subject but promised more information at the end of January." | woodpeckers
08/1/2019 14:27 | A hint of goodwill in us/china trade talks here. Plus if parliamentary ammendment in the commons effectively takes brexit 'no deal' off the table, we could hope for continued improvememts in general market short term. Aimo. Best ellis "....The outbreak of optimism followed comments by American Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who predicted Beijing and Washington could reach a trade deal that "we can live with"....." | ellissj
08/1/2019 14:19 | Lol ade. Indeed we can't help our natures :) best ellis | ellissj
08/1/2019 14:17 | I think your insti analysis is spot on Super. VRS have done well to weather the selling storm, particularly when you take a longer look back and see how many million insti shares were sold during 2018 and the beginning of this year. It has made me pledge to myself, never to invest in a fund again. The PIs in those funds are completely oblivious to the way their future wealth is being passed up by losing their VRS stakes, courtesy of the Miton investment rules and their need to achieve top quartile stats. I guess we also have to thank Loggie, for his role in supporting the share price, by being such an outrageous prat in trying to protect his 'short position' in such an inept way. Turning to the 'here and now', I did not expect any RNS announcements after the 21 Dec, once Neill tweeted VRS had until then to secure the final signature on 2018. Equally, I did not expect any of the more predictable RNSs to trigger in early January. On the less predictable front, one can come any day! While the Chinese MOUs are good strategic news, they will be complex to evolve to the purchase order stage, particularly with the adverse Chinese IPR hacking publicity that emerged just before Christmas in the global news feeds. The Aecom orders were highly signnificant: 50kg, followed by 200kg about now. The most exciting add-on to that news was that verification of the joint Aecom/VRS collaborative process had already been achieved and the two orders for the VRS product - Nanene or something else within the range, was purely for certification. We should be looking to hear the outcome, with perhaps a re-launch of the hidden Aecom web pages that Super saw, within the next 6-8 weeks. Against this backdrop, I find it amazing that any PIs are selling any shares unless they desperately need the cash for something like the 31 Jan tax payments. I think the Chinese MOUs and Aecom, have resolved the dilemma of the VRS enterprise value getting too far ahead of pe based trading value. The train to success has left the station and I am so excited to be onboard!! | ridicule
08/1/2019 14:10 | "I don't buy any silk p. Although good to know. Has anyone here tasted graphene?" I bought some from a competitor: It tasted like graphite :-) | pandar
