Seems to me the buyer/s want more than what the remaining ii's have left, thus churn to soak up pi sells required. If, as lovat suggested, likely german buyers have accumulated 2.5% they didn't achieve that in one lump ? Happy to see shares going into better hands here for next stages of growth. Aimo. Best ellis.

Superg1, many thanks for the updates on the Bid/Offer, it's good to know what the landscape looks like on Level 2.

As for the share price sliding back, I'm not sure why anyone is surprised or worried. This was going to happen, and was predicted beforehand by people with far more knowledge and insight than myself. The increase to 130+ over Christmas that got many people excited was just PIs increasing the price with their own purchases. The MMs are back now and taking advantage by selling into the rise.

The share price will only break free of the 115-130 range when the funds run out of stock or there is a big RNS. Both of which will happen sooner rather than later :)

Just sharing the info

Bego for now have stayed on 126p and have not stepped over the MMs below them on 124 and 125p who are flipping PI sells.

Whoever supplied Bego may have out a price limit on it. The only way we'll know imo is if strong PI selling takes it lower and Bego don't leap-frog those that go on the offer.

Robin

If you mean the 3T kit I understand that's at HQ and will be running imminently if not already. At GEIC VRS have a lab facility. I assume that's for the link for testing for clients which gives access to the various kit available.

pshevlin - nah mate, 'is all project fear, innit?

if we have a hard Brexit tens (maybe even hundreds)of thousands of jobs will go - every car manufacturing plant will relocate to the continent, and UK farming will be utterly destroyed by the 40% WTO tariffs...

maybe *then* the Leave morons will realise just what they have done - but by then it will be far too late.

And I see they're dry-running lorry congestion in Kent (where I live) - with 69 lorries, not the thousands that will *actually* be gridlocked on the M20...

Not enough buyers today to keep the share price up. Just wondering if this is going to fall down to 110 again. Hope not as it always feels uncomfortable.

Poor excuse just to kull the older employees. 30 years this year but now too expensive to keep. I hope this does not happen to others.
Head up , move on and hope to keep all my holdings and get a job before getting to being a Mrs Mays "just getting by" member of the population.
Sure it will all work out fine, but I dont want to miss the main events in any of my holdings.

Would you know/ when 3T will be tested and up running at GEIC?
Having to look at how I can handle my cash (most of VRS in my SIPP) over the next 2 months or so.
Sorry to drop in a personal mail.

Just back from a month off in Australia. Any big developments I missed or are we still focussed on Fund buying and selling and NRs twitter frequency? Share price seems to be in the same place. Hopefully more top up opportunities ahead! Happy new year LTHs!

lucky - "The NOMAD also serves an ongoing role of providing advice on business operational or financial strategy."

I thought, not sure why, that part of the above 'service' was meant to include advising and helping a company to find buyers for any lumps of stock that became available... having said that, they all appear to be rubbish anyway... A532;;-)

BTW

So far this year Arden have sat it all out with a 30p spread. It looks like an electronic step away on both the bid and offer, IE they have not engaged in the market for VRS at all.

I run a business myself, albeit not a listed one, and I don't have a Twitter account for the company or for me as Director.I simply don't have time for it, but then I also don't spend a lot of time on trains or planes like Neill does.I'd rather Neill used Twitter to post relevant and interesting articles and links only. However, it's too late for that now, and he likes to engage with everyone, which at least is an open and honest approach so has something going for it.Perhaps if we stop talking about it, others will. There's more important stuff to be discussing here imo.

Odd with Bego today.

They have moved to 128 in auction along with Cantor. Games, or is the lump they had getting low.

At 9.52 in theory a late buy should appear, if not I can't work out why they moved off 126 at 8.52 while it was in auction.

Don't know what to expect of a Nomad other than the below woodie, some may go the extra mile but I'm not aware of who that would be.

Nominated Advisor - NOMAD
Reviewed by Will Kenton Updated Mar 26, 2018
What is a Nominated Advisor - NOMAD
A nominated advisor (NOMAD) is a financial services firm that shepherds a company onto the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and regulates it afterward once it is listed on AIM. The LSE requires that a company that seeks a listing on AIM have a NOMAD, which LSE itself must approve to carry out the functions.

BREAKING DOWN Nominated Advisor - NOMAD
The Alternative Investment Market was established in 1995 by the London Stock Exchange to enable emerging growth companies to raise capital. Well over 3,500 of such companies from around the world have taken advantage of the lower listing requirements offered by this alternative exchange. However, there is a rule that a company must retain the services of a nominated advisor (NOMAD) to help guide it through the AIM listing process.

A NOMAD is a corporate finance advisor, usually a boutique investment bank, which conducts thorough due diligence for the suitability of an AIM applicant for the exchange. The NOMAD, if satisfied with the company's business model, financial and operating track record, competence of executives and directors and intended capital structure, will assist the company in its preparation and application for admission to AIM. If the company and NOMAD are successful in their efforts, the NOMAD will continue to monitor its client — the LSE requires it. The NOMAD must act as the regulator, ensuring that the company complies with AIM rules at all times. The NOMAD also serves an ongoing role of providing advice on business operational or financial strategy.
