07/1/2019 13:13 | Don't know whether this has been shared here before, some good ol' Matt Walker ramping on Twitter: "No.... I mean figuratively and literally there are things going on that are potentially out of this world, but which have been and are continuing to be carefully planned." I know it's not allowed but 🚀🚀 | mryl
07/1/2019 12:57 | Squire No they didn't the details come out each month including Miton themselves who list it via data sheets on their site for top 20 holdings. Vrs was 1.9% then 1.5% of the microcap trust holding Sept and Oct. They sold a chunk in November and as a result VRS dropped off the top 20 list. Here is the Miton Nov data sheet. Going into December they had 844k VRS shares in this fund. | superg1

07/1/2019 12:26 | Big buys going through ? Likely a late sell to come imo ? Best ellis | ellissj
07/1/2019 12:24 | Schmally, assuming a buyer/s wish to accumulate a lump, in a quiet market, where can they get the supply in this share apart from pi's? And by creating churn in the way we are seeing, it's probably preferential to them than aggressive buying, where the price could rise quickly. This pattern has been here before, As we saw when likely the cornerstone was buying from 60p upwards. Neill has said per poddy this investor doesn't want to get above notifyable levels of ownership (yet or never it seems atm). And before the rise to 180p, we saw this type of flatlining in the share price at 110-130p from memory while their accumulation took place. Aimo etc. Best ellis | ellissj
07/1/2019 12:17 | There has definitely been an increase in the pace of selling over the past week or so; it feels like a final clear out at any cost scenario! The MM's will keep dropping the price to tempt as many buyers as possible to mop them up!We all know what happens when the the supply begins to dry up but judging when that will be and at what price is the hard part! One massive RNS any day could land and wipe the rest out in one morning- there really can't be too many more left judging by the delayed sells last week! | f3rdinand
07/1/2019 12:14 | It cannot come soon enough Superg. | graphite bot
07/1/2019 12:02 | A Game I would not be feeling os chirpy if Miton were sat on the original 15 mill they had just 1 year ago. Based on November selling and an obvious supply we see now they surely sold some in December too. Thankfully it can't go on for months at this rate as they simply don't have the shares. Imo the leapfrog this morning was another lump coming across from the same source. Whenever the last bit hits there will be no warning it will just suddenly start to bounce on any buying with Bego gone from the offer. | superg1
07/1/2019 11:55 | I strongly suspect Miton are selling WEY too. Await the TR1 over the coming days. | a_game
07/1/2019 11:50 | Bought @ 121.80...........jus | anley
07/1/2019 11:44 | ellisj - With regards to your comment: "Seems to me the buyer/s want more than what the remaining ii's have left". Judging by the share price going down despite some consistent buying, I'm assuming it's the opposite. We will no doubt see another significant late reported sell, as I'm guessing there is currently insufficient buying demand to hoover up any supply being dumped (presumably Miton's last dreggs, or perhaps Will Battrick has been selling some more???) | schmally
07/1/2019 11:36 | As before, patience needed. Away from screen now is plan for me for rest of today. | scottishfield
07/1/2019 11:35 | Good luck scottish. Indeed holding my golden shares here haz ! :) best ellis | ellissj
07/1/2019 11:34 | Wish l could get some more but absolutely skint. | wuzy
07/1/2019 11:34 | Sure enough Miton are selling Zotefoams which was their 3rd largest holding in the trust fund. Another TR1 today for Zote. I see BR are selling that too. BR are notorious for selling small caps in poor markets. Hence I'm pleased VRS have virtually no large fund holders left. | superg1
07/1/2019 11:31 | Added again @ £1.22 | scottishfield
07/1/2019 11:30 | Seems to me the buyer/s want more than what the remaining ii's have left, thus churn to soak up pi sells required. If, as lovat suggested, likely german buyers have accumulated 2.5% they didn't achieve that in one lump ? Happy to see shares going into better hands here for next stages of growth. Aimo. Best ellis. | ellissj
07/1/2019 11:21 | Superg1, many thanks for the updates on the Bid/Offer, it's good to know what the landscape looks like on Level 2. As for the share price sliding back, I'm not sure why anyone is surprised or worried. This was going to happen, and was predicted beforehand by people with far more knowledge and insight than myself. The increase to 130+ over Christmas that got many people excited was just PIs increasing the price with their own purchases. The MMs are back now and taking advantage by selling into the rise. The share price will only break free of the 115-130 range when the funds run out of stock or there is a big RNS. Both of which will happen sooner rather than later :) | bisho4
