06/1/2019 19:06 | Suspect this week we'll see the back of our seller and then it will be strap-in time. We saw what happened over the xmas period on little volume when the selling pressure was removed. Watch what will happen with bigger vols when our seller is gone. Can see us moving through the gears pretty quick and getting back to where we belong given all the great news we've had recently. | a_game

We produce graphene dispersions in different solvents (water, IPA, THF, ethylene glycol, ethanol…) in a wide range of concentrations from 0.1 to 30 mg/ml. Any views on the tech spec sheets that are on their web page?. Have you done any research on them? On the face of it that look like a competitor with GP 500 5-7 layer product. They also have a published pricing structure. Any thoughts? GrapheneTech offers a thermoplastic with graphene targeted at industrial applications. This Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is manufactured using melt compounding process, getting a uniform distribution of Graphene [1% w/w] and ensuring well bonded and dispersed graphene in polymer matrix. This composite could be used to produce final pieces or as an additive to improve the general properties of the products based on ABS or to incorporate it in mixtures of different polymers. | ridicule

Wednesday, March 28, 2018 "Rail investment opportunities in the North West were top of the agenda, as The Department for International Trade – in partnership with Alliance Manchester Business School – held the latest instalment of the UK-China Infrastructure Academy in Manchester earlier this month, part of a major initiative to further boost regional investment opportunities. The Academy is running programmes regularly for the next two years, with closer cooperation set to bring economic growth and create even more jobs from Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Capital Investment in the North West - more than 30,000 jobs have already been created in the region from FDI since 2012. A delegation of senior Chinese& The previous programme, which took place earlier this year, focused on the energy sector and how to deliver best practices for investing in major infrastructure projects in the UK. Delegates heard from a range of speakers including Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham and Sir Howard Bernstein on what the Northern Powerhouse has to offer. Chinese businesses also visited Manchester City Football Academy and Drax Power Station. Minister for Investment, Graham Stuart said: “The UK-C “China as a world leading economy and the UK’s fifth largest trading partner is an important market for British companies as we look to build independent trading relationships across the world.” Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell, President and Vice Chancellor of The University of Manchester, sai “Our support in delivering this UK-China Infrastructure Academy Programme is another significant development in building on our strong relationship with China. “I am delighted that we are able to deliver this prestigious joint initiative between the UK and Chinese governments. Alliance Manchester Business School and the University are home to some of the leading experts on business links between our two countries and we have put together a programme for the delegates that will foster relationships, and encourage infrastructure investment.” This comes as International Trade Secretary Liam Fox and Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell joined the Prime Minister for a three-day visit to China at the start of February, designed to boost trade and investment after Brexit." | ellissj

Geely, which also owns Volvo, is in talks to open a technology and design centre in the Midlands that will research batteries and electric power trains. The centre will be close to its electric taxi factory in Coventry. It is expected to collaborate with Warwick Manufacturing Group, the engineering and technology campus founded by industrialist Lord Bhattacharyya and based on the outskirts of the city. The research hub is a rare sliver of good news for Britain’s automotive industry, which has been battered by factors including fears of a no-deal Brexit, falling diesel sales and waning consumer confidence. 05/1/2019 23:52 | I grew up in an area with a fair amount of travellers when they were called General Dealers and didn't/couldn't play the race card. They imparted one or two gems of wisdom and one of them I recall after reading Baz99's post 55609: Believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see. This was in the 50's and 60's. Imagine what they would have made of the internet with photo shop etc. | sandbag |
