The Tunghsu Group - Our company


The Tunghsu Group has 40 subsidiaries under direct management with 100% share control or majority control, among which two are listed companies.


The Tunghsu Group has the complete set of TFT LCD glass substrate production technology with its own intellectual property rights and its LCD substrate glasses are among the top in the world.

For its core business of renewable energy, the Tunghsu Group has built solar energy centers in Neimeng, Qinghai, Shandong, Henan, Zhejiang, Hubei, Ningxia, Hebei. It is also engaged in solar power plant development, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the plant(EPC), operations, and solar module manufacturing. Besides solar energy, the Tunghsu Group is also actively exploring opportunities for business development in wind power, hydropower, biomass power generation, and hydrogen energy.


Building on its successes in manufacturing, the Tunghsu Group has also began efforts in financing, securities and investment. In 2011, it acquired a listed company injecting assets of the optoelectronic display industry. In 2015, it acquired another listed company and added renewable energy industry assets.


The Tunghsu Group has established the combination of producing-studying-researching collaborative innovation system, together with many well-known universities and research institutions. It has several state-level research and development platforms, such as the National Engineering Laboratory for Flat Panel Display Glass Substrate Technology and Equipment and the Graphene Research Institute. Up to now, the Tunghsu Group owns 800 patents, with an annual 30% increase in patents application.

NR has mentioned Jinan today on twitter in answer to a question about opening a manufacturing plant. So not forgotten just not yet officially announced I guess.

If Tunghsu were the recipient of the small order how quickly could this relationship turn into a commercial supply situation? We can supply from the 3T capacity in the UK within weeks if that's what's needed.

If you look at the likes of Apple, Google and Amazon, they too have dips along the way after big rises, only to then rise to new heights. Neill has told us that his greatest dear is that all of the collaborations will turn to orders at the same time. For me that is my dream position. VRS have collaborations with some of the biggest players in the world. VRS will become a billion pound company.

While we are talking about China, the factory VRS and partners are building (in China) is almost forgotten ... This could be announced and will be the main big driver for the huge Chinese market. Then the news of a big take off in China, order after order, will start coming week after week. This is what many have missed on China impact ALONE. Without missing what's happening in India, the US and Korea.
I think the future for VRS is unique and very bright indeed.

For newcomers to this thread/bulletin board, it's worth repeating this 30th October 2018 post by Spike: Fact Between noon today (30th October) and noon a week ago (23rd October), there have been 1,706 posts on this thread. Between them Spid81 and loglorry accounted for 161 (nearly 10%), 23 per day on average. HOWEVER neither of them are invested in VRS, and neither of them believe that VRS is a good investment, indeed they spend a considerable part of their waking hours rubbishing VRS using lies, half truths and twisted and incomplete data to make VRS as unattractive an investment as they possibly can. WHY would the want to do that. The answer is very simple - they are shorting VRS and are desperate to try to get the price down before news such as China catapults the price up over £2, and quite possibly bankrupts them.
