07/11/2018 07:47 | Well done VRS for another MoU. It looks like a big name in China in Graphene. Let's see if VRS can convert any of these collaborations/MoUs into a commercial trial or sale. So far virtually Nada on that front. I actually was expecting a sales offtake agreement the way NR's been ramping. | ![]() loglorry1
07/11/2018 07:43 | NB Fest and co. I have got to the bottom of the key factor that has been knocking it back in recent times. In theory that factor should be gone shortly then back to normal. | ![]() superg1
07/11/2018 07:41 | Well done Team VRS - Very pleased with this latest piece of news and its timing! | ![]() senden11
07/11/2018 07:41 | If anyone chooses to focus on revenue then they are entirely missing the point of investing in Versarien at this stage, deliberately or otherwise. I don't wish to start a debate on valuation but if you add up all of the potential of the collaborations, agreements, LOI's, MOU's and everything else Versarien is working on at the moment across all of the countries (UK, Spain, USA, China, India, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia etc) they are engaged with, you would not need a particularly optimistic mindset to value Versarien a lot higher than the market currently is. If you wish to focus on revenue there are plenty of companies out there on a very attractive P/S ratio, Tesco for example. | foolishben
07/11/2018 07:40 | Re the news today, fab and a few buses like that due to arrive shortly I suspect. | ![]() superg1

07/11/2018 07:40 | Bang, late firework party. Similar to one of those long and indulgent ones. “The relationship with Tunghsu Optoelectronic is complimentary to the others we have already entered into in China and those that are under discussion. We look forward to providing updates as the relationship progresses and announcing further agreements with both industrial and governmental parties in China." | ![]() fireball xl5
07/11/2018 07:38 | 2D LED's anyone ? Research done UoM 2015. Just need a top notch materials supplier i imagine ! Aimo. Best ellis "2 February 2015 Graphene displays clear prospects for flexible electronics Semi-transparent, flexible electronics are no longer just science-fiction thanks to graphene’s unique properties, University of Manchester researchers have found. Published in the scientific journal Nature Materials, University of Manchester and University of Sheffield researchers show that new 2D ‘designer materials’ can be produced to create flexible, see-through and more efficient electronic devices. The team, led by Nobel Laureate Sir Kostya Novoselov, made the breakthrough by creating LEDs which were engineered on an atomic level. The new research shows that graphene and related 2D materials could be utilised to create light emitting devices for the next-generation of mobile phones, tablets and televisions to make them incredibly thin, flexible, durable and even semi-transparent. The LED device was constructed by combining different 2D crystals and emits light from across its whole surface. Being so thin, at only 10-40 atoms thick, these new components can form the basis for the first generation of semi-transparent smart devices." Original research publication here. | ellissj
