Assuming this MOU leads to deals relating to Nanene and quite possibly Graphinks, battery tech etc etc, and most importantly VRS's IP and know how, is a company the of the size and status of Tunghsu going to risk other international partnerships by stealing it? somehow I doubt it.

More importantly perhaps, they have the clout to police others in China who may attempt to steal it.

Neill is truly a genius! and his team incredibly talented.

Best wishes - Spike

I have been on the Tunghsu Optoelectronic website. They are massive. The potential for VRS is astronomical.

I don't think this RNS is a non-event - there is clearly some effort required to get an MOU with a large Chinese company - but what is it worth?

I see superg1 (who appears to be very close to NR) is suggesting that a few more RNSs like this are on the way. Putting aside the amazing notion that VRS are willing to trickle out nudges and winks through superg1 (if true), is every such MOU worth £10m on the market cap? The promise of a free £55m Chinese factory within months (which has come to nothing so far) caused a big spike but surely, at some point, VRS have to justify the exreme Twitter Premium that investors are expected to pay for the stock?

*Twitter Premium is the excess in market cap over competitors in the graphen market who are producing FLG.

Why not "another freshly bought" or even 2/3, 3T machines - paid by the Chinese - , won't be installed in Jinan factory ? This is only to start production in China.
UK base will be for the European/US market while Jinan will be for China alone - as the market is huge.
This is the purpose of Joint Ventures.
