You can tell your daughter that going forward considerable effort will be made to bring the crooks to justice. After all they will have a fear of losing everything and that is the best way. Rather than rant and rave just do something about it, the right way and with significant detail.

Long and strong my end and picked some up myself recently. Funnily enough I believe what I post and I stick to my view re timing on China and other news, because I do more research that dozens put together here. Years of it logged as will be demonstrated shortly re layer level and other companies.

But the key factor is simply VRS news and comments. If you know the staff and the character of them then you know it's not BS. It's been quite clearly stated and I fully understand why so many are wary. The AIM is a den of deceit, from companies to nomads hence I go into overdrive to try and make my way through the fog to get to the truth.

You raise some good points re manipulation and that;s definitely what is in play, some of it is criminal as already pointed out and in the fullness of time options re that will be reviewed and acted upon if deemed appropriate.

It's explained all under the law fraud by false representation.

Meanwhile let's get back to basics, but just to comment I have spoil said filtered. I'm not sure if he made the short comment as you have said it.

The suggestion is absurd.

EG I knew AGM were lying and. that in the end the share price would be collapse, I never shorted them, never shorted Haydale either.

I did two shorts years ago and made about £200 total, I wanted to see how it worked, I've never done it since. One of those was Marks and Spencers because the city said sales would be poor, they were and it did drop, I can't remember the name of the other.

I don't recall going onto the M and S thread either saying hey Fk wits sales are going to be poor.


Anyway time to move on.

Tmoon thank you very much for your good wishes. Had a great night with our daughter last night who drove down to Somerset from Surrey to see me. I know that personal information is OT, but she has shares in VRS, as many of our family members do, she was clearly very worried. When I explained the antics of our shorting friends, she just could not get her head around how someone, in theory, could borrow her shares and then use them against her without her knowing. Why is that not illegal she challenged? Sadly, I could not give her an answer. By the way, she is not selling her shares, but she could easily have done so.

For that reason I was interested in tini5's post 41647. He stated that he had asked, under the FOI act, how many people the DIT had seconded to private companies, and was told, three. Two are with VRS so tonight I contacted HMG and asked who the third was and to which company he/she had been seconded. It could possibly lead to another company worth researching. Thanks tini5!

bdog - dream on. ADVFN BB's are for traders. I use it to research stocks and get the occasional tip. 99% of the stuff posted is garbage. To hope for a neutrally biased board on ADVFN is like believing in God. Everyone has an agenda. Trust in facts only.

Kandaljohn, what would Apple know? Most of those insti holdings are platforms such as HL and AJ bell, almost entirely composed of PIs personal holdings.

bdog51 - I agree that this is a VRS board and only VRS ought to be discussed here. However, it would seem that a few people on this BB had a different agenda linked to other stocks. Like I said, genuine shareholders have been manipulated and have lost a great deal of money. The share price will rise once again with this realisation.

Yes the share price dropped by 7% due to a sell order that was 106 shares $13.00 AUD, the brokerage would have cost more than this trade, FGR are being manipulated.

I do have issues with BS being spread about a company that I am invested in, I have no doubt that the BS that superg1 (others) are spreading about FGR is having a negative impact on people like yourself investing in FGR,

Shareholders have been spooked. NR says he is not worried. NR has been upfront to date. Nothing has changed. Fundamentals are the same. Everyday we move closer to the RNS we are all waiting for. The delays have given the shorters the opportunity to exploit the share price to their advantage and to try and save themselves from total ruin. The share price will climb as fast as it has fallen with the good news. Those that sold only have themselves to blame.

The market is dead easy it is a supply and demand model, obviously in this case people were willing to sell at lower prices, some taking profits. It is a nervous time for everyone and there have been several scare stories. Either way I am not worried about the share price today.
