A few careless words, nervous PIs and Stop Losses at 150p ??

Who knows.

Not unduly worried and have no intention of selling.

Time to calm down folks. If you have good health, familt and do not need the money tomorrow, You have not much to worry about. Maybe some should reconsider if share investment is for them.

Putting the Spaniard on that podcast wasn't Neill's finest hour, especially when so many are already getting a bit jittery in what has been a challenging few days for the AIM market in general. That said, in the grand scheme of things a slightly mis-worded statement by someone speaking their second language is no reason for any self respecting investor to turn their back on the eye watering potential of this company. It is obvious Gnonomat intend on having significant sales much sooner than 3-5 years and equally as obvious that he was talking about mass adoption, a point at which Gnanomat's value alone could be significantly higher than the market cap of the entire Versarien Group today.

Well some PI's mugged out of shares. Will they ever learn. I agree with Spike on Zap And Go batteries. Not that far off.

Haven't listened to the podcast, but I had assumed the link up with Madrid was to enable them to qualify for European research funding post Brexit, or am I being naive?

MMs took quick advantage of Manuel's blunder there. Pretty sure Neill will be having a word or a tweet soon. Look at it on the flip side, in 4-5 years they think our supercapacitors will be widespread in the marketplace. That's not too shabby is it? Plenty to be getting on with till then. Just, maybe step off the gas on the acquisitions, thanks Neill.

Now I hope these silly shorts have closed for the sake of their long-suffering families.

This is the most crooked and bent market on earth. When it was down at 138p to sell, I could sell 50k lots at 140pBut now it's supposedly moving up, I cant even sell 100 shares at the moment.Absolutely sick of AIM

Did people really expect them to buy a share of a battery company and start selling them straight away. These things take time although it is possible that 3-4 years was being ultra conservative.

Whoah that's some drop and sudden intraday collapse taking us down to 26% off our peak. But...we have been here before with these sudden 30% plunges - this must be about the fourth in the last 9 months or so and they have all been followed with good rises. I have topped up on the way down at 173 166 155 and now 143 and am quite sanguine that I will be above water on those trades in next few weeks.
Like most here I have great belief in the company and the team but think they are finding it more difficult to get things over the line than they initially thought.
Neil said he was confident a deal would be done in China and he has delivered so far- we should question him as we are over a year since the first collabs but not put undue pressure on him to secure any deal at any price. I feel he deserves our patience as he has a lot more skin in the game than any of us. That said he needs to put some meat on the bones by Dec/Jan to look credible to the wider market.
Looking at the trades a fair bit looks like an ii divesting. Remember the dark days of LO selling down to 13 p ...
Personally I am going to keep the faith GLA

Worth repeating my recent post:

Last year, 28 Nov 2018, I bought 22,222 @ £0.47.

TurboCharge, #11880 [old thread]: "Tried to buy at 46.5 but my browser froze. By the time I logged back in in another browser, it had gone up to 47.4 - still ended up buying 22,222 @ 47.4"

The next day there was a massive tree shake, and I panicked and sold them for £0.38, making £2k loss. If I had not panicked and held on to them, my profit when the price was around £1.85 would have been £30k.

I'm sure there's a lesson there somewhere...

Not entirely correct. Can sell 5k/10k shares at 143.26 but it is an improvement from 140.75, 5 minutes ago.
