just another thought, Neill said yesterday the fund raising was closed as they had reached the number of shares they were allowed to issue, yet today more were issued to fund the purchase of Gnanomat, can anybody explain?

It appears oxygen tanks are being used today.

Clint,
You should be able to add on a regular trading account. This is what I had to do for someone with AJ Bell ISA

Then just update primary bid details

Cheers Mike - I do visit this board all the time, but getting very time consuming wading through what is essentially a social media support group for all & numbers now growing beyond manageable re posting anything else of interest - I`m full time self employed & lots of other commitments like many - so pretty time poor

Maybe best to set up another BB here - How about "VRS & Graphene - tech, competition & commercialisation news" as a title?

I don't have a regular share account, only a Barclays ISA and an AJ Bell SIPP. Ulp!

Oh dear. I put my (Barclays) ISA down as recipient account... I do have enough 'allowance' left to top it up so hopefully won't be a problem as I've had the email confirming my allocation. Any advice or thoughts?

pcjoe - you don't need to be a blue subscriber to set up a new thread. And it can be with a very specific narrow remit on whatever aspect. But best make that remit evident in its title so people don't take it to be a full-fat VRS thread. Just click the 'Add Thread' button near top of page.

Some of those with placing stock will be able to trade T+2 today but will depend on the broker.

Placing stock cannot go straight into an ISA. It is a HMRC rule going back to the PEP days.

Agree PCJoe - stopped posting a lot of my research and thoughts here as I've filtered so many and find no use in the share price volume chat. Prefer using twitter and happy to set up a private group somewhere to talk more tech / competition etc eg could use slack and pay £6 per month to set up groups and threads to share research on

Profmike,

Why can't my shares be delivered directly to my ISA?

Unfortunately, for tax reasons, shares subscribed to in a PrimaryBid placing cannot be transferred directly into an ISA or SIPP. However, you can receive them into your share dealing account and transfer them immediately through a process called "Bed & ISA" that your account provider will be aware of. If you don't have a trading account you can open one easily through your account provider or via one of our partners - Sharedeal Active or X-O.

Over the weekend I purchased VRS Shares in the PrimaryBid deal. I was hoping that I could move them into my ISA account. However, I spoke to my broker, Hargreaves Lansdown, and they suggested I would need to initially move them into a standard trading account and then I could transfer them to my ISA but may have tax implications. Does anyone know how I could transfer direct into ISA?
