Good luck today at the agm. Been reading govt papers on industrial strategy, battery faraday challenge etc to give a flavour. Based upon that ; No idea who the 3rd party is in this deal. Best guess is it's a big firm. A consortium is formed that attracts 'collab and investment' grants to fund the scale up etc of what could be a battery lead in this field. Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis

Have a cracking holiday fest, fingers crossed that you're wrong about the RNS but either way it won't matter to the LTH's. personally I wouldn't be surprised if we get a collaboration update but as my Mrs will tell you, I am always wrong!

On my way to Manchester Airport soon... off on my jollies.I fly at 6am, so I won't see any RNS's. I don't expect one anyway.I also don't land until after the AGM, so I expect this board will be jammed with a gazillion post.I'd have really enjoyed meeting some of you guys and girls tomorrow, seeing as I missed the golf/investor day too.All I'll say is, behave yourselves.... and...GET THAT AGM OPEN!

It’s impossible to deduce who the major investor is - could be existing or new. I suspect the II or High Net Worth Individual cornerstoned the issue for a fixed amount and underwrote a further amount in case of poor take up, in return for a guaranteed allocation.

Having a cornerstone investor is key for more public offers but in this case no one would ever have known about it/him/her without NR’s mention. I think NR met someone whilst doing the rounds who liked the story and marked his card for the next fund raising in order to get hold of a lump.

If I was an incomplete buyer, I would want to maintain anonymity until I had finished- don’t want to alert the opposition! It would be great if it was the British Business Bank or British Growth Fund.

All conjecture of course, AIMHO Etc
