25/9/2018 08:07 | Glad I increased holding in LTG couple of days ago. Looks lovely beside my prize VRSs | ![]() volsung
25/9/2018 08:06 | Among the holdings that I previously sold in several perfectly good companies to go all in on VRS, was Learning Technologies Group. (LTG). Lovely numbers from them this morning. I supppose, logically, I should have hung onto a tiny stake in each of the stocks I sold but still liked! No regrets at being fully committed here - but watching my exes doing well for themselves! | ![]() grabster
25/9/2018 08:04 | I see a two pound rainbow ahead .... full speed captain .... ?? | ![]() squire007

25/9/2018 08:01 | You really are a prize plum Rainbow. Close your short and give it up. If I had called it wrong as many times as you had I’d be re-evaluating my approach. Have a great day 👍 | ![]() tini5
25/9/2018 08:00 | Still wondering who the cornerstone investor is. 250 PI’s took up the offer most would probably be 2000 ish and I think there was one who took £100k. That leaves the vast majority shares in II or possibly our “cornerstone | ![]() rogerbridge
25/9/2018 08:00 | A very good deal without VRS ,GNA would be struggling whereas VRS can bolster its balance sheet. They not only have a controlling stake but also have other income at 6% what is not to like about it. | ![]() snoopy12
25/9/2018 07:57 | Dreamtwister, I do hope you're going to the AGM as you've consistently said you were. Be nice to have a face to face chat about your positions and posts. | ![]() 1retirement
25/9/2018 07:56 | Don’t forget €1.25m needed from fund raise for convertible loan note as well as £650k cash. Deal fees to be paid for GNA acquisition to Arden, lawyers etc and what do Primary Bid charge? 5%? | lovat scout
25/9/2018 07:55 | Where's the promised collaboration updates that the rampers were convinced would be announced before the AGM and have now been conveniently forgotten about ?????? | ![]() rainbow23
25/9/2018 07:54 | Especially keen, as I've said before, to hear anything about the JV with the manufacturer of the magic machines... | ![]() club sandwich
25/9/2018 07:51 | Another string to the bow, another stream of news flow. I also get the impression that this is going to be cash flow generative to pay the interest on the loan. As for a company with Net assets of Eur325,000. The CFO has to date run a very tight ship and therefore to value this company at approx £4.3m they must see untold potential. The fact that they have a collaboration partner working with GNA tells me they have the inside track already on this. As for improving the balance sheet to provide large corporations with reassurance about its financial postion, good business. | ![]() diversification
25/9/2018 07:50 | Club,Indeed.That's the best thing about having a top notch engineer as CEO.H | ![]() herschel k
25/9/2018 07:48 | Irrespective of the deal, I like the comment of 'almost instant recharging'. Cant say I've heard that claim before. "Versarien's graphene products in an environmentally friendly, scalable production process for energy storage devices that offer high power density, almost instant recharging and very long lifetimes for use in electrical vehicles and portable electronics products." | ![]() ewads
25/9/2018 07:46 | Further acquisitions and strengthening the balance sheet from the recent 'war chest'. | ![]() actybod
25/9/2018 07:45 | Grabster - NR is a smart cookie. He wouldn't have bought GNA without being absolutely convinced they were the real deal... | ![]() club sandwich
25/9/2018 07:44 | I think zap and go focus predominantly on the fast charging element re larger consumer electronics such as drills and robotic hoovers and are also looking at enhancing grid energy / large scale energy via storage battery technology. They have historically promised all sorts of deadlines and missed them. They also have a presentation on their site showing a way to enhance the speed of every battery charging at refuelling stations. Not sure how along the road they are with any of these. My reading of gnanomat is that they have a wider ranging solution and that their might be some sort of collaboration element somewhere but don't know which part or where. | ![]() meganxmas
25/9/2018 07:41 | Different tech jh. And vrs done DD in gnano and neill thinks this tech puts us ahead of the curve. Dyor. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj
25/9/2018 07:40 | Versarien and Zap&Go have agreed to collaborate on research and development projects involving the incorporation of Versarien's proprietary Nanene few layer graphene nano-platelets and other Versarien supplied two-dimensional materials into Zap&Go's supercapacitor type devices with a view to enhancing their performance, specifically through the increased electrical conductivity of the supercapacitor cells. Now that VRS own GNA where does it leave this collaboration. | ![]() john henry |
